This is a collection agency that thinks they know everything about the law.  If you owe a source that has sold you debt 2 > 3 times this low life agency buys it and tells you they are filing papers with you local city/county courts to collect what is THIERS.  Stupid, you shouldn't be buy debts of unempolyed people in hope they have won the lottery and will give you the inflated sum of money your demanding.
