Scam likely! I got a text message from this number, asking a relative to call a different 833 number. I already knew something was funky about this, so I called it from a different phone to see what would happen. A person with what sounded like an American accent answered and rattled off some obviously practiced speech with a business name that tried to sound like an attorney. But of course she spoke so fast that it wasn't possible to make out the actual name. Very sketchy and almost certainly one of those scams where they threaten you with various fake legal actions if you don't send them your life savings in the form of Walmart gift cards.

Same thing just happened to me ! Block and delete

Threatening text message and they demanded you call an 833 number. Threatened me with legal action if I didn’t send them money! Block and delete

This number called my mobile phone. It showed as "Potential Spam."  I didn't answer, and they left no message.
