EXACT same thing happened to me a few years back. I almost agreed to pay them until I realized the day they were "sending an officer to pick me up and take me to court" was a Saturday. They are very rude and they will say or do anything to try and get you to agree to pay them. DON'T DO IT! Not only will they take what they say you owe but they will take way more... I know someone that agreed to let them take $200 and they took every single penny she had in her account. I was fortunate enough to make them finally go away after a year of calls. I just found out today they are now calling for a co worker of mine, the only thing me, my friend and my co worker have in common is all 3 of us applied for payday loans online and gave up information we never should have given up online... anyways, needless to say this is a scam and if you hear from them again mess with them. They get really mad when you hang up on them lol, any professional company wouldn't get so upset and they definitely wouldn't be threatening people they are trying to get money from.

Has anyone else have them tell them they were sending something to their employer?  That is what they told me today.

I got a call also to my job and home cell. they knew my ss # and my bank.  I will cancel everything tomorrow.

Ok so I just got two calls exactly the same like this from the 209-396-6910 and was told to call back 209-498-0510 and talk to a Russell Miller. They are saying they are going to send me to court for fraud and all this other stuff and that they are going to show up at my work on Monday. I'm kind of freaked out. What should I do?
