Someone claims to be Cynthia Jacobson, no business name. Says regarding a pending case and give a number to call her back which is different than the original number 833-445-3053

Received a text from Cynthia Jacobson in regards to a “pending case”. Text came from 209-593-4008 but told to call 833-445-3053. Tried calling but the phone disconnects the second it connects. Total spam and a scam.
