called by "consumer services" recording indicates a discussion regardin our credit cards, no need for concern, just want to lower our rates, if interested press 1; we are on do not call list and should not be called.  We get this company calling us at least 4-10 times a month for the past 6 months.  The number seams to chage although it appears to be a FL number each time as I think this last one was.  When we tell the person answering that we are on the "do not call" list they either immedietly hang up and or use prfanity and hang up on us.  Calling back using the caller ID often gets a personal home number and or a phone company recording indicating no such number.  OBVIOUSLY A SCAM to get your credit card info.
