Ok same here! 8 calls to my cell today.  I have a question for all of you...... are you a customer of Wells Fargo Bank?
I ask this because I applied for a student loan for my daughter on Wells Fargo on line..............and the very next day
every member of my family, that I had listed on the application, got bogus calls at home and work asking about me!
I do owe some credit cards and this is what they told 3 members of my family!   I know it was from my loan application so someone stole my info from Wells Fargo online!  They are "investigating" this fraud but no word yet!  Also I was informed that very week that my SS # was being used by someone who stole my number.  The FEDS are aware apparently!   So again,
are any of you involved with Wells Fargo Bank?  

I got a call from the same number and asked for me by my FULL name.  I stated I was not home can I take a msg.  He then proceeded with the most disgusting obscene phone call that I have ever heard, so bad that I had to call my local police.  He kept calling back but at this time the number was not showing up.  Again, phone # is 210-215-6445 I am 53 years of age and the call was so disgusting that "i' was shaking in my boots.  It was Horrific !!!!!!!

Called today, told her I'm on DNC list, she could have cared less. The name on the caller ID is Maggie Esparza. Offered federal grant. I said why is your name appearing if this is a government sponsored program? Obviously a scam!

Caller listed on caller id from Texas, asked for Joann, who is not me. Then it got creepy as well with him asking my name and info and said he had something "nice" for me. Told to stop calling me and blocked. Also reported on the donotcall.gov list.

Got a phone call from this number just now w/ caller i.d. saying "Texas".  I went ahead and answered but no on was on the other end.  Obviously a scam.

When caller asked for me by name, my wife said he is not here, and took a message.  Message:  selected for grant of $6700 from US Grant Dept; asked that I call back to 253-336-5377 for grant; call John Watson, Conf #183.  Caller had very thick accent.  Obviously a scam.  Recommend you go to Do Not Call Registry and file a complaint against them.

I keep getting calls from this number and it's starting to really annoy me!  The guy has an accent like he is from India and no matter how many times I tell him to stop calling he continues.  I reported them on my do not call website but they somehow get around it.  The thing that aggravates me the most is that this same thing is happening with phone number from all over the US.  How are we supposed to stop them if they keep switching up numbers that are supposedly "not in service at this time"?!?!?

Have u applied for loans thru net? Or looked up info for loans, or maybe u went on different sites for jobs to just see what is out there, or compare wages in the same field? Maybe u went to school college sites for children? Are u on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn??? Do u have a smart phone with all the apps? Guess what!!! Thats how they get ur phone numbers, names, addresses. The phone calls are for false government grants, u never pay for loans nor grants till u finish schooling, theres no fees to apply for these things.... any school already has forms n sources for u to fill out there in the office.

This is a scam. They say I have been selected. They also have all my personal info. My name, address, city, state, and zip code. They claim I qualify for $6700 because I don't have a criminal record, no bankruptcies, and pay my bills on time. The first name Roderick Williams with a heavy accent gave me a number to call for Chris Wayne with a confirmation number. Once I gave the confirmation number they said I have to pay $200 tax to its and they can't take it out the money because it comes from a bank in New York. No thank you

I have been getting these calls all the time, it's obviously a scam. I don't answer the phone and of course they don't leave a voicemail. Same thing here with the federal grant thing. They need to be found and criminalized for their actions. They have a lot of personal information such as; SS#, address, phone numbers and birthdays. What happens next when they start using our information and ruining our lives.

They are running a scam to defraud people of money . Police needs to be called and reported. Of illegal activity.

Got a call from 210 215 6445  they hung up don't know anyone in San Antonio  sure it's a scam and so are jamaca calls

Same thing happened to me this morning. Guy was urging me to call another guy right away and he had my address.

I have received several calls throughout the day from this number and they leave no message. I decided to finally answer an unavailable call they asked for me by my first name. He stated that he was from a grant funding place. I told them I could take a message. He proceeded to tell me his name was MAX and that he loved me and wanted to marry me.  When I said excuse me cause I wasn't sure that I understood him he repeated himself and hung up. Immediately after hanging up I received a call from 210-215-6445 and it was him and he even identified himself again as MAX.  I played it off that I would take a message for the person that he asked for and let him give me his scam speech.  When he was done I told him I thought that it was a scam and he told me that YES it's a scam.  I cussed at him and told him that he was pathetic. He told me that I shouldn't use that kind of language and that I was being recorded.  I told him that's good cause that means he is being recorded as well and admitted that the call was a SCAM...  He tried to argue with me and I screamed into the phone and he finally hung up!!!  He did sound like he spoke fairly good english but that's not his native language.
