Got a call today... usual background noise & Indian accent asking me by name that they were from some kind of financial institute. I told them I knew they were a scam & they hung up on me.

my daughter kept getting harassing calls from this number, the man sounded Indian of native born, like from India.... stated he was from the FBI, that he had some special offer...  SCAM.  told him we were on the do not call list, again repeated that was not true.  Then man started cursing and trying to threaten me and my daughter.  I went online and blocked his phone number form all phone lines.  I also called Verizon to report him as spamming people, and they are on it.  :)

Live in california. Apparently my credit is approved for thousands of dollars. Left me a message at 730 am! Same as described above. Accent from a foreign place. Maybe India however it's possible from any other scamming country. There are actual lists with highest ranking country's that scam Americans. Nigeria is the worst.

Caller sounded Asian, lots of background noise and stated that my loan request was approved!!!  I called back and indicated that I needed to be placed on the DO NOT CALL list, and he said that he would never stop calling me and that he would continue to call because he loves me, and that he would call my mother and father.  I am so HOT right now!!!!  I would "love" to get my hands on this guy, because I know I am bigger than him!

got a call saying I was appoved by a e-loan company for more than $8000.00 and to call them back at this number, I didn't call back or answer a number I don't know, it wasn't a guy calling it was a woman with a indian accent.
