Received call from this number, saying he belongs to IRS Crime Department, and as I did not file some form 61, they have issued arrest warrant. Either pay $981 using some Federal Card right now over the phone or they can arrest.

They're Frauds! The scam they're trying to run has become so well known that the IRS even has warnings about them on their web-site. Ignore them or block their calls. Don't even bother getting angry about them. They're creatures that are not worth the waste of emotion.

Got a call from this number. Left msg saying they have crime warrant.

This guy phoned claiming to be Mark Dale from Revenue office. Accusing me of not filing taxes and warrant aginst me.When challanged he disconnected the phone. This is fraud and being reported to crime branch.

Received a call from "Mark Bell" accusing my Mom of not filing her taxes and would put a warrent out for her arrest if she did not pay the $900+.  They would not give any addresses and will not stop calling but want her to put the money in some account. My poor mother, really had her concerned.

Recent immigrants are the targets.   Especially people from India and Pakistan.
