FOUND THEM!!!!  NOW IT IS UP TO EVERYONE TO REPORT THEM TO THE FCC NOW!!!

As much as people say the government will not enforce the DNCL, they will!!  Just google it, they have gotten some really really big claims, just companies like this have become experts in hiding.  You just need to work it, then spread it.  Feel free to continue to post this info to every site out there!!!

Company: GTMB, LLC (stands for Get That Money Baby)

    http://www.yellowpages.com/san-antonio-tx/mip/gtmb-462622377
    Listed Phone Number:  210-263-5153
Voice Mail to the agent that called me: 210-587-9138 (verified)
    Address:  212 E Rhapsody Dr
    City/State/Zip:  San Antonio, TX 78216

One of their idiot employees even made a facebook fan page lol :https://www.facebook.com/pages/GTMBLLCGet-The ... 6376851?sk=info

I am having trouble location their offical records through the Baxar County Records.  I can find the building they work out of, but there doesn't seem to be any tax records pointing to the person who owns it (http://www.bcad.org/ClientDB/PropertySearch.aspx?cid=1) and I can't find the legal information for the LLC through their DBA search (https://gov.propertyinfo.com/tx-bexar/Default.aspx).  I will try to call the county offices tomorrow and will update this if I can get the owners name, address, etc.  I would like to put his personal phone number on here so people can complain to him directly.  I will try!!

Update.  I spot to RCI Timeshares who GTMB says they are working with.  RCI assured me that they have no affiliation with GTMB and they urged me to not meet with them.  The woman on the phone said that there were many companies doing what they are doing, and that they had a legal team that was working on shutting them down.  She then discouraged me from getting further involved saying that there were too many companies like this out there doing this to be concerned about 1.  I don't know if they are keeping their tier two recruiters secrete in hopes that GTMB does not hurt their image, but on the d/l is working with them, or she just didn't think that spending a lot of resources to kill one fish in an entire ocean was a smart way to go about it.

Here is my suggestion on how to handle this.
    ****
    1.  Call up RCI, tell them that you are on the do not call list and GTMB is calling you to try to set up a time share for RCI.  Ask to speak with someone in the corporate office of the legal team (you will likely only get a low level customer service manager, but who knows).  Let them tell you GTMB is a scam and is not affiliated.  This will give you first hand information that a crime has taken place.
    RCI Phone Number: 800-338-7777
    ****
    2.  Email the RCI Board of Directors and the CEO and President to explain what this company is doing.  If they are secretly working with them, that will get a contract voided right away.  If GTMB doesn't want to follow the laws we (as consumers) worked so hard to get into place, we need to work hard to make sure GTMB cannot violate them.  No clients, no money.  Also, if they truly are frauds, the board of directors and the CEO can direct their legal team to focusing on them and putting the people in jail.  Either way, the best way to do this is to write the people in charge at RCI and let them know what is happening.  Write the President, Mr. Ballotti, and cc the Board of Directors of their parent organization.

REMEMBER THAT THESE ARE HIGH RANKING INDIVIDUALS FROM POWER AND PRIVILEGE.  I cap that to make sure you know that you should be polite, short and to the point, and be completely honest (name of the company, you are on the DNC list, that GTMB called you # times, that you called RCI and they ensured you that GTMB is a scam, and you are requesting that they direct their resources at stopping them).

Counter to what some people suggest, they actually do go after these people.  They prioritize their efforts based on demand, meaning that the more complaints that come in, they higher the company gets on the list.  If you want them to go after everyone, stop supporting those $%#& republicans who think that the government can work without any resources.  We are 30 years into this idea that the way to solve everything is to cut taxes.  We are doing well, cut taxes, it is not the gov.'s money.  We are doing bad, cut taxes, it will help the economy.  Rich people are crying that the top 5% have only 71% of all the national wealth, cut THEIR taxes...you get my point.  We need to move GTMB up the list so they go after them...

    4. Call your local sheriffs department, tell them that you want to file a criminal fraud complaint.  Basically, tell them everything you learned, what they did to contact you, that you checked and that they are not affiliated with the company they claim to represent, and, well, everything.  I call the Baxer County Sheriffs department, and they said that the complaint has to originate in the county and state where the crime took place.  Because you answered the phone in your city and/or county, that is where the crime took place.  You local law enforcement should make contact with them to pursue the issue.

    5.  The last thing you can do is to email your US Senator and US Representative.  This is just an FYI email, and likely will not go anywhere, but in some urban areas, there is actually a chance for enough emails that they may do something.  You can look up your representatives: http://whoismyrepresentative.com/

I hope this is helpful.  I just wish I could move this to the first message instead of 4 pages back.  If we all work together, we can make sure to shut these criminals down.  The Do Not Call List is there for a reason, and it is up to us, the citizens of this nation, to make sure that it is enforced.  While a lot of us think we can just push things off to the government to do, they have also empowered us to act.  Because this act is illegal, we have multiple different angles we can go at them from.  Now lets get organized and take these criminals out!!!  The people united will never be defeated!!

Re-Posting as a reply to move it to the first page from page 4.  This is not a normal company, so please read, this is very very important.  These people are according to RCI, the people they claim to Represent, they are scamming people.  We need to take action....

I had to reply to this one. It is amusing how little you know about what you are talking about. DNC lists only apply to solicitations, ie. selling something. Now from what I have seen and heard these guys are offering some kind of update dinner for timeshares. Considering they arent charging anything for it, thats not exactly a solicitation is it smart stuff? Now will they maybe try to upgrade at the dinner? Perhaps, but considering there is no "you paid for my dinner and i came willingly, but you arent allowed to talk to me" lists, theres not really much you can say about that. Oh and yes, I did my research, they set appointments. Said appointments have nothing to do with selling owners timeshares. As for this "marking of names" that is the biggest load of crap you posted. Congrats, its ignorant [***] like you that hinder the growth of society, hope you have done something useful with our air...

THANK YOU for the information you posted.  They have been calling me for WEEKS, I at first thought it was RCI, and probably said to call back, not really sure.  The phone has been ringing all day from the same #, and when I answer nobody is there.  When I called it back, it said it was a Magic Jack caller whose mail box was full, so when I Googled it I saw your info.  The first number you have is for Toyota, but the second one....BINGO!  The lady was RUDE and tried to get my name and number (duh) I did not give it to her, she said that they were not with RCI, but that they were "affiliated" so they did not need to adhere to the Do not call registery, BULL.  I told her that I had just redialed the number on my phone when she insisted I tell her where I got the number from.  That did genuinely seem to surprise her and she was quiet for about two second.  I then told her if I received another call that I will call the Sherrif's department for harassment.  At that time she suddenly said that she would remove my name from her list (I didn't give it to her, so the caller ID must've been working) but she asked for my alternate number so she could make sure both numbers were off of the list, again, DUH, no thanks, I told her it was my only number.  I will be writing to RCI next, because somehow our numbers were given to this company, not everyone in the world owns a timeshare.  Anyway, thanks so much for the info.

Though the info you gave was informative and useful, the fact that you POLITICIZED it lost all YOUR credibility.  In our state it was the REPUBLICANS who got the DNC list activated and it worked wonderfully until some adjustments were made by the DEMOCRATS when they took power for 2 years. Does that mean that ALL DEMOCRATS are to blame in all states?  Of course not.  It's not a political issues, it's a local issue which has broad differences depending on the make up of the individuals in office at any given time.  So please don't ruin your effort by posting false and annoying partisan political BS.  It has no relevance and shows you to be less than trustworthy as a source of info.

Well said.  I get so sick of people politicizing everything, especially when it's obvious just their opinion. Stick to facts and remain credible; do your politicing on a political forum.

Forget about the Do Not Call List as it is not effective. You should have a caller ID and some kind of VM. If you do not recognize the number don't answer. If it's important the caller will leave a message.
99.9% of the time there is no message left. That's because they want to sell you something. Usually I I have all the ringers in my house off so I don't even know if I'm receiving a call, but I realize that's not practical for most folks.

Got a call from 210-401-6082 with two different headings. 1) TEXAS 2) V01031540362465 , on the same day 5 hrs apart. I don't answer the phone any more I check caller I.D.first and answer only if I know the caller. From what I've learned the telephone numbers and the name could not be real and most times are not. They are bypassing the system with their equipment.
