Calling me constantly, even though I said they need to stop calling me, saying I have a pending case and they need to speak to me or my attorney right away or a warrant will be placed for my arrest. I told them they are a scam and they proceeded to curse at me so I hung up. I no longer answer them but they call me NUMEROUS times a day.

I told them I knew they were a scam and I reported them to FBI Fraud and she said "Well guess what we are gonna keep call you so report that a$$hole!" Then she hung up on me.....obviously a scam because no serious company would respond in that manner.

I have 3 different numbers blocked from these idiots. Every time they call me from a new number I get online and add the new number to the list of blocks, lol.

You'll notice that if/when they leave a vm they won't mention the name of who they're calling. This is so the can cover their butts when you try to take legal action. Do people still fall for these scams?!?

Identified himself as a San Antonio Police Officer, said he was coming with us Marshalls to my home to arrest me over failure to repay a payday loan. Unless I wired him 1000.00 to dispose the warrant. Any smart individual would know this is not how authorities operate here in America, maybe in third world countries this is standard practice

I keep getting calls from this number stating I have a pending case. Finally talked to a real person today. She stated that a warrant was going to be issued for a pay day loan that I apparently refused to pay. Pretty much told me there was nothing I could do about it. Asked for a case #....she gave me one and then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Came back on the line and said that she talked to the finance company that I was being accused of owing...she said if I payed $1,??? Today a warrant wouldn't be issued for my arrest. I told her I wasn't paying for something that I didn't do and she hung up on me. Went through this same thing a couple years ago after I got a pay day loan...never got arrested. Total scam!

They called me said I had a pending case for a loan I supposedly got and the money was deposited into some bank account in California. I live in Georgia so why would I have an account in California? The scary thing is they had all my information. They knew my name, social security number, email address, and address. They said if I paid what I owed today that all charges would be dropped. I also haven't had any bank account since 2004. They said this loan was in 2012. Interestingly enough that's the year I got married. I told them I had no money, that this wasn't my loan, and that I wasn't going to pay. The woman said that she would have to file the papers and it would go to court. I told her to go ahead she wasn't getting my money. She hung up.
