Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Received a call today from 210-460-4996.  Decided to answer since I wasn't busy.  Caller (male, very well spoken) stated that CPS was about to be hit with a large fine from the EPA, and CPS was offering "free solar installation, if you qualify". Told him i wasn't interested.  He said "if you are, contact Sunshine Solar there in San Antonio"...

Heck of a marketing scam...

3 calls in 3 weeks, never a voice mail.  BLOCKED!!!!

They claim if we go to solar power the government will pay us $9,000. Yeah right! The caller is very annoying & doesn't take no for an answer. Just hang up.

The woman on the phone asked me if I wanted to pick up my free airline tickets to the Bahamas or if I wanted to have them Fed-Ex-ed to my home. I told her that I don't  want  to go to the Bahamas and that the people that live there are perverts and live in rat infested homes. She paused for a long time then told me that I'm the second person to tell her that today.She hung up.
