some guy pushing solar panels from Texas. He identified himself as interested in saving me money on my electric bill. TI interrupted him in the middle of his pitch to tell him I'd love to purchase solar panels from him but I would not given that he was a criminal in violation of federal law. That threw him and he wanted to know how it was that he was a criminal. I answered by telling him that I am on the no call list and also he had called my cell phone - both violations of law and that makes him a criminal. He started to tell me he was offended by that and at that point I told him where to go and hung up and blocked the call. I don't usually answer these calls but I was traveling in Texas and thought perhaps it might be an important call.........................

Caller ID said "ACCD" number 210 485 0004. Rang several times, no one left a voicemail. Assume no voicemail means telemarketer, scam, or spam.

One major point you are wrong. You are required to renew your listing. Phone numbers get recycled. So the person that had the number 4 years ago might not be the same person that has it today.

No.  You are NOT required to renew listings!
RENEWAL is not required.  Read the info in the link I posted.

Judging by the number posts and how recent the dates are what we have here is another prolific scammer Called while was out and do not have an answering machine so only by checking ID did I even know some one even called

When I see a caller ID that's an obvious scam, I answer "Police Dept., how may I direct your call?"  They hang up every time.

Robo call did not answer- caller ID said ACCD - same as other folks reported - PAINS !!

Have received many calls from this # with variations on the 1st 1 or 2 digits.  Latest was 142104850004. I added the latest variation to call-blocker. Likely a spoofed #.

I called back the number, and got a message stating number not in service...  4th call received from this number leaving NO message

If they get past my spam blocker then I usually let them start talking and then put the phone on mute and leave it on my desk.  It's funny how long they will talk before stopping to realize no-one is listening.  Waste my time; I have no problem wasting yours.

Just pick up the phone and say nothing. Call will automatically disconnect.

Thank you for sharing.  I get so many unidentified calls.  I also received a call from the number as well . . . however did not answer it.  It is now blocked!
