- BethOk. Getting tired of these calls. I read the reviews saying it is from Chase. And the few that are confirming it is Chase either from an old account or calling to say you are late on a payment. For those that believe it....please don't. A credit card company will never call you and ask for your personal information on the phone. Theyou will ask you for your account pass code and last four digits of security. These people are calling random people to get someone naive enough to give them personal information.
The posts you are seeing are people part of the scam trying to convince you it is legit.
I never ever had a Chase account. And first warning is the non response or no messages left when they call. A valid company would not do business like this.- Caller: (210) 520-0004
- Tired of This!My Chase account has been paid and closed for years, so why now is some foreign speaking person calling?
- unknownI just got a call from this number, usually I do not answer, but like everyone else, I kept getting calls from this number. He asked for my name, when I asked who was calling, he said "Romand" ; I asked two other times, "Where are you calling from " and he finally said" I'll call back later" . I blocked this number from calling my cell. We'll see what happens next.
- Caller: Romand
- Darth| 1 replyI'm starting to seriously question the financial solvency of this bank.Yesterday I received 4 calls from 4 different city and state from Chase Card about a $42 minimum payment, I told them I mailed $300 and it has already cleared my checking account, they said that they did not see that payment. I told them to stop calling... Now today they are still calling and once again it's a different number from a different state ... Is Chase that desperate over $42? Maybe all those toxic derivatives are catching up with them?
- ACThis number called my phone 2 times in a row, I did not recognize the number there for I did not answer, nor they did not leave a message either.
- DeeThat's all that this caller does - bother people all day long with BS!! If it is Chase they better watch out or else they will be on the hot seat just like Wells Fargo - bogus accounts, bogus cards - good grief! Get a real job already!
- 210-520-0004calling every 10 minutes
- TKI'm constantly getting calls from this number, at least 4-5 times a day. Usually there's no message and even when there is a message it's 2-3 seconds of silence. If this really is Chase calling they have no reason to call, no one in my house has ever had a Chase card and we've never inquired about having one.
- Caller: Not sure

- just meCalled Chase at the number on the back of my credit card. They are well aware of the scam involving this number, which is NOT a Chase number. Their legal department is in the process of taking action. I called the fake number because I have a lot of real contacts in San Antonio, and their companies have numerous phone numbers. As soon as the phone was answered Chase I hung up and called what I knew to be a valid number.
Do NOT, NOT, NOT call this number and provide any information. Anyone posting on here saying it really is chase bank is a liar.

- NS| 1 replyMy girlfriend started getting calls from this number and when she finally answered they said it was Chase calling about my account. I have NEVER had Chase, but have been dealing with identity theft ever since the Equifax data breach last year, and since Chase was one of the companies the thief tried to open a card with last year, my girl gave them my phone number to contact me. I thought I initiated a fraud investigation, but then I received a bill for $14,058 and daily calls harassing me to pay. I kept calling trying to speak with the fraud department, but kept getting the run-around, refusals to transfer me to the fraud department or even a supervisor, and only heard "our fraud department already investigated and deemed the account legit, you need to pay this." Finally the officer I filed my identity theft case with told me to create a log-in online to get him any statements, which I did and all the charges were made out of state. so I finally had enough and drove over an hour to the nearest Chase bank so I could talk face-to-face with a branch manager, brought them every bit of proof I have about my case, and for the first time had someone from Chase not only listen to my story, but actually do everything they could to help me because they believed me. Turns out after I had the initial card closed, the thief called a couple days later to have it reactivated, had Chase send them an ID verification packet, received only false utility bills in return, and still decided to reopen the account 2 months later, totally ignoring the fact that I had fraud alerts on all of my reports already. I'm now in the process of battling this completely asinine company because they refuse to admit they made a mistake or divulge any more information.
Moral of the story? If you get a call from this company and have never even applied for a Chase card in your life, don't just blow it off; call Chase immediately to see if there is any possibility of it being legit, especially if your information was leaked during any of the data breaches because it may just be the first sign of a much more serious problem.- Caller: Chase Collections Dept.
