Receiving calls from this number every two hours, for the last two days.  Had a friend call it - it's CHASE.  I'm late on my first credit card payment ever and they've been calling for 4-5 days now.  They used 402-220-4651 for the first two days, now for the last two, this number 210-520-6400.

It's not chase, it's hackers saying that they are from chase.  They're trying to get you on the phone and make you give them your credit card number.

Chase Bank also uses 402-220-4661 and 402-220-4351, which are Omaha, NE numbers, and probably numerous others.  The number 210-520-6400 is their Call Center in San Antonio, TX, even though it is listed to an individual.  They lost a payment I had made online last month, even though I had confirmation.  What ensued was telephone terrorism, with calls starting at 8 AM until 9 PM every day, even Sundays, this being a severe violation of Federal regulations. It would figure that these heathen devils would not be in church on Sundays, nor would they respect Sundays, nor do have the human being courtesy of leaving a message to please call them back  I was away for almost three weeks while this was going on.  If there is no ID on our Caller Id, no family member will answer, as we are starting to get all manner of idiotic political calls (with the usual lies and pleas for money, which is likely to be stolen anyway).  I called Chase today, when I discovered the discrepancy on my card account, as another payment was due, and the statement gave no credit for last month's payment.  I received profuse apologies for the telephone harassment and got the account straightened out.  I am going to shut off the landline phones at 7 PM every night again, so late calls will not disturb the sleep of the little ones.  People who know us can call our cell phones, which have quiet ringers.  This is another example of why everyone must write their elected reps to demand a complete rewrite of DNC and telephone calling regulations, prescribing severe monetary and prison penalties for violators.  Included must be prohibitions against calls from charities (most are phony anyway), political, surveys, phony prize things and anything else that does not have a legitimate purpose where we have specifically authorized an individual or organization to call us, and not before 8 AM local or after 8 PM local time, and not on Sundays.  We need to do something drastic to stop this telephone terrorism!!!!!!!

I do not pick up calls unless I know who the caller is.  I am current on my bills so this should not be debt collection.  Don't know if this is a hacker or what but they do not leave a message.

they called me today, and the woman talked so fast i couldn't get a word in edge wise, asking when i was going to make my payment, and claiming that my statements have been coming back to them undeliverable, which is a LIE, and asking if my address was valid, so i hung up on her. is this really chase or a scam?

I've received repeated calls from this number on my new cell and it's getting annoying. This number is probably related to another number that started calling at the same time which has also been connected to Chase as being either scammers trying to phish or otherwise: 407-771-0978. I'm getting ready to call Chase Security and ask them to start doing something about these calls, whether it's legitimately from them or not.

This ph no called Oct 12, 13, 14 & 4 times today on Oct 15. I never answered any of these calls & they left no messages. After call #4 today, I called back & waited to talk to a real person. I said, "this no is on the do not call list. You are breaking the law. STOP calling me this is the 4th call today." Sometime while I was saying this the real person hung up.

Give her NO information! Call Chase at the number on your card. She is most likely a desperate scammer.

Caller never comes up as Chase, just Texas. Can't be Chase. They've been getting complaints from customers saying they're receiving calls and emails about scammers asking them for social security and credit card numbers.

FYI this number IS Chase.. I called the 800 Chase number to verify this was a legitimate number since I never picked up these calls. I was a few days late in paying my credit card and started to receive automated calls... it got to the point where I was receiving calls several times a day, even on the weekends, since it took a few days for my payment to process after I had realized I forgot to pay my bill. I ended up filing an online complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission since it was getting pretty annoying and I complained about how I was receiving numerous calls in a day. A representative from Chase actually called me to discuss my complaint. She was very nice and apologized for all the robo-calls. I recently received a letter from Chase apologizing again and they refunded my late fee (it's already been credited to my account).

So my advice to anyone receiving robocalls, etc. from credit card companies... complain to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to make your voice heard.

I love that below the posts about this number is an ad for a Chase Freedom card.  Even when I pay my bill on time, I still get the calls.  Very annoying.  I wonder if their call center folks get paid by the number of calls, or if these are robo calls.  I never answer. I love my Barclay bank card: they handle all communications through email.

They started calling our house everyday this week on average of 5 times a day (including weekends). I don't answer this number & they don't leave any messages on our answering machine at all.
