- HoShukkii got ripped off from canadian pharmacy too, just wonder those ppl who receive their meds, do u guys dare to take those pills???? r those pill fake??? im kinda scared!!! anyone?
- Caller: canadian pharmacy
- Charmed replies to Sam| 1 replyThey are not a rip-off!! And I am not affiliated with them at all. Have not had a problem ever. Yes it can take up to 30 days as it has to go thru customs. I hope I am not speaking to soon and jinxing myself. I would suspect someone from customs took a few packages here and there. It's the world we live in. Deal with your credit card company and use the insured tracking option.DUH!!!
- John SavverI ordered Tramadol but got viagra instead,
only got half the dosage and number of my previous order- Caller: Canadian Scum
- DavidOrdered over 3 weeks ago. Still has not arrived. Ignores all my emails and their phone service is a hoax. I suspect it os a fraud. Will contact my credit card company. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!
- GeneI placed an order on 6/2 and paid the extra so it could be tracked. Got e-mails saying it was processed and later shipped, after 5 days started worrying when I still had no tracking # and googled the number that led me here. Figured I had been scammed after reading mostly negative posts. On 6/7 I was e-mailed the tracking info but it didn't work on the USPS tracking site. I checked it everyday and was surprised when on 6/12 it showed it had left India and then inbound to US customs on the 14th and was delivered on the 16th. The order of cialis looked legit but got phiagara instead of viagra. Probably will use again but continue with small orders in case they don't clear customs.
- Carlotta replies to ladyc| 2 repliesI placed an order with this company and later, upon learning that the delivery time was several weeks, e-mailed them to cancel my order, explaining that I found it congruous that a package mailed from Canada to the USA should take more than a few weeks at best.
I later received a response informing me that they cancelled my order, and explained that depending on the medication, the package might be shipped from another country, thus the delay.
After an extensive search for a better price on the drug in question, I placed the order again. I received 3 follow-up e-mail confirming receipt of my order. A few days later, I was notified via e-mail that my order had been shipped with tracking information. The tracking link went straight to the USPS website, but the number they supplied appears to be fictitious.
I sent several e-mail requesting correct tracking information and have not had a response. Now that I fear having been ripped off, I decided to check out the phone number which is how I ended up here to find that others have, indeed been robbed.
To those of you who did receive your orders, can you please tell me what you did to obtain results? I used my debit card and have not notified the bank. My only credit card is a Master Card, which they do not accept. Any advice is appreciated. - Carlotta replies to Chuck| 3 repliesI just checked the e-mail conformation I received from them and it says "charge will appear at your credit card statement as 'rx-cs.com+1-800-383-7433'. Did anyone else receive this sort of number?
I am quite upset now, as I live on a poverty level income and ordered a diuretic that was prescribed for me in the past. My doctor would not refill this without my having to go into the office, so the cost of buying the drug online was cheaper than my having to pay both doctor and pharmacy for the drug. Can anyone please tell me whom to contact about fraud, or how banks handle such cases with a debit card?
Any advice is appreciated. - foxI have ordered as many as (6)six times and the only problem I've had is the delivery time. They were always late but I recieved all my orders. Now I can't get them on the internet.
- David replies to tina| 2 repliesJust wanted to let everyone know I got more order 9 days. Came in mail hand delivered by USPS. The Tramadil is a loop hole drug. It does the same thing vico/hyrdo does, but no stomach ache. Since its not habit forming, made in a lab "synthetic" not like codiene which is from heroine side. Im no doctor but a truly happy customer that has done tons of research. In fact it is suppressing my appetite more than anything I have tried in the past Legal/ and not. Bottom line im extremly impressed, but I was discuraged after I made purchase and googled the san antonio telephone #. and saw all the bad stuff. I got my pills that are legal to buy online without prescription. They are so much better than vico, no fuzzy head, no stomach ache, makes you focus and pay attention, heart beat increased, motivated to clean and talk alot. They speak for themselfs since its 1:18AM and Im trying to thank these people. They wont screw you over.
- Jay| 2 repliesI didn't do enough research but instead saw the slick website and the Canadian address (near me) and thought this was a reputable site.
Ordered using credit card on July 11.
The site had a contact 'support ticket' type page so I made a point to type the supposed 'pharmacist' a quick note saying I am legally prescribed this product.
OK.
First suspicion is that I never received a return reply to 'support ticket'.
Within 4 hours I received TWO nice professional emails:
First is a confirmation they processed my card and that it will stated on my card as:
rx-cs.com+1-800-383-7433
A link to a page to check package status is given:
http://canadianmeds-support.com/
Now the first time I used the link it did display a page but where you are asked to search by email addy OR price OR last four digits of credit car... let me give you a tip - you must enter ALL OF THOSE in order for it to return your Order Status (which in my case has ID and 'shipped status'.
It should instruct you to type in 'AND' instead of 'OR' if that makes any sense and helps.
Second professional looking email - with an Order ID number and two numbers:
1 (210) 787 1711
1 (800) 383 7433
and,
Here again is that link for support and status page:
http://canadianmeds-support.com/
Only problem is that it may or may not show up in your browser (half the time it does not appear for me anyways.. then it does sometimes).
2 days later I receive two more emails from them:
- first one notifies me its been sent via EMS and actually gives me a tracking number and link to the CanadaPost tracking system:
http://www.canadapost.ca:80/segment-e.asp
-Second letter notifies me the package has been sent (seems like a redundant email sent by 'pharmacy support group' whereas the other is from 'pharmacy support'.
OK.
Well I start getting a bit suspicious when even a week later that tracking number returns nothing.
Now I attempt to phone either of those support numbers:
1 (210) 787 1711
1 (800) 383 7433
No answer at the 1-800
No answer at the 1-210 however answering machine advises to call back or leave a message,
or,
check your status at:
http://uphs.info/
Which turns out to be that mysterious support page where you must enter your email AND price and last four digits (even though it says 'OR' you need enter all the info).
That does indeed show me a page saying 'processed' and if you click your hyperlinked order-ID it does in fact show a sort of 'status' and matching ID order # and claims it was sent July 12.
But,
Oddly enough this page tells me the parcel was sent USPS (not EMS) and same tracking number but this time a link to US Postal tracking page.. where it does not appear in their system either.
Im not panicking yet though.. IF this is coming from India then it is possible its en route and is not in Canada yet (therefore not in the tracking system).
So if this is not a scam its quite possibly one of the most disorganised and poorly managed online businesses I have seen in a while.
I promise to report 'if and when' I receive any products and IF I do then I will report the condition of that too.- Caller: Pharmsite

- carol| 2 repliesBeen over 1 month and still no parcel. Will wait another week before I report to credit card as fraud
- pawix replies to JayJay have you noticed that all these emails from this pharma support group go into ur junk folder.. IT IS A SCAM !!!
- Jay| 3 repliesSee my story a couple of posts back and here I have some good news to report.
I continued checking Canadapost with the 'tracking number' they gave me and finally something shows up in the system:
"2008/06/20, 15:06, International item has left the origin country and is en route to Canada "
and then here a few days later the tracking number reports:
"2008/06/23, 22:58, MISSISSAUGA, ON, International item arrived in Canada and will be reviewed by Customs "
So it does appear they have taken my order, processed payment (so far no extra charges appearing on statement),
Some sort of package has taken approx a week to leave their country (we assume India based on reports here),
and,
It has arrived in Canada 3 days after that where it sounds like its in Canada Customs.
I will update you guys if and when Canada Customs puts it back into the mail (most of us in Canada assume they literally sit on packages and play cards),
and,
If they got the order correct or whether or not its bogus etc.
So far thats encouraging though and actually fairly speedy mail delivery if this is coming from India.- Call type: Unwanted
- pawix replies to JayVery interesting second letter Jay..Please notify us if you do get your package and the proper items ordered.. I'm still thinking it is a scam...
- pawix replies to JayVery interesting second letter Jay..Please notify us if you do get your package and the proper items ordered.. I'm still thinking it is a scam...
- Jay| 1 replyOh.. it made it through Canada Customs according to the tracking:
"2008/06/26, 21:52, MISSISSAUGA, ON International item released from Customs for processing by Canada Post "
I have heard many an account of Canada Customs holding onto parcels for as long as 2 and even 3 weeks so I'm considering it a minor miracle they only held mine for 3 days.
Will definitely keep you updated on arrival and if actual product is in there heh.- Call type: Unwanted
- pawix replies to JayThanks Jay... I know with mine they sent me a tracking number with... US at the end.. Now they sent me a new e-mail with a different number but with CA at the end.. Still Canada Post (website tracking) does not recognize the new CA number.. This seems very weird...

Update:
June 30th item arrived. I wasn't home and with a holiday I picked it up at Post Office today on July 2nd.
Turns out Canada Customs opened my package as indicated by nice bright yellow tape they resealed it in with words 'opened by canada border service agent' on it. Has 'customs declaration' folded up in tape.. not sure what that means.
Stamped from: Supreme Suppliers Mubai India
Contents appear to be exactly what I ordered. Tablets are not bottle or box but in professional bubble-packs with all the correct information, brand, colour, manufacturer (India) and with mfd date and exp date (only a month old and 2 years till expiry).
To me these appear to be 'sample packs' and oddly enough the declaration says (sample for trade) at the bottom.
Perhaps this is how they get the loophole legality I dont know.
Tramadol definitely seems to be the real deal (based on taking one) and for some reason they also sent me two viagra tablets which are called 'nizagara' lol!
So to recap:
Placed Order on June 11th and it arrived June 30th.
That's less than 3 weeks and includes 3 days in Customs.
Arrived exactly as ordered.
No extra charges have appeared on Credit Card.
Seems to be legitimate effective product.
This company desperately needs to improve its online and telephone support thats for sure.
They are sending correct tracking numbers but like Pawix experienced - they are sending Canadians BOTH UPS (USA) and CanadaPost tracking website links.
Even if they are not a scam you can easily see why most people (like in this forum) are going to believe they are, cancel orders, report frauds and so on.
but,
Yes, I did get my correct order very quickly and billed correctly too. (and actually a very good price as well!).- Call type: Unwanted
- Mr Washington replies to CarlottaI received two previous orders after about 2 weeks, and a third after 7-10 days with free shipping. I expect to receive my 4th order that I paid extra for faster shipping sometime this week. No problems and always got what I ordered.
- Mr Washington replies to Kate| 1 replyLook, the EMS number is shipping in India. Do a google search. It has nothing to due with USPS who delivers my orders. I never had to call the phone number, and always got my orders just as I placed them. They always come from India -- and no, I don't work for the company. If the website you order from is called Canadian Pharmacy, even thought its in India, then whats the issue? It always works for me, which is way more than I can say about American companies I order from.
