I called, they only answer "Account Services" and never say for what company. I do know a man named Alex Grant works there and gets very agitated if you press him for a company name. Gonna take a stab and "collection agency".

Also, according to an after hours recording, they work from 8-6 Mon-Thurs.

I got a call also ...  Wouldnt give company name???   I hung up on them

some called said they where a lawyer and where going to take me to court.

i called back.....asked who called ...asked if this was (myname) said yes ...i asked who is this ...just put me on hold...i hung up

i was able to speak to someone and clarify it was a collection agency ASI account svc for Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union. They may represent other vendors I'm not sure. Hope this helps :-)
