These people spoof my domain name frequently as well as others to "send" spam from. I am tired of it. I have logged some specific examples.

I have previously done whois, warned them not to use my domain names and have even set up some spoofed emails to automatically forward their crap back to them. Today, SPAM linked to areasimilar.com, I found the number (210) 888-9089 and got only voicemail. The phone message directed me to UPH?.info (the question mark is there because after listening to the message 4 times, I could not make out what the female voice was saying). I then decided to google the number, which led me here.

Nothing seems to work to get them to stop!

I would love to see a group lawsuit and sue these people for using our resources. If there is a lawyer out there who would like to take on this project, or another angry business owner / domain name owner, give me a call.

At this point, I want compensation for the time spent fighting and dealing with hundreds of SPAM messages and complaints of SPAM message that I never sent.

Let me know that you are calling about "Canadian Pharmacy SPAM"

These guys are advertising in the EU and UK illegally, selling prescription drugs that can be lethal when improperly used and are using spam-mail. They should be put out of business and put in jail.

I got a SMS from them.  Looked up the site and tried to call the number 210-888-9089.  first got a busy signal, then a "this phone disconnected", then a weird sound like lots of traffic without connecting.

I am beyond being annoyed by these spamming emails...I have not received any phone calls...just emails and all of the links on their "website" do not work.  Go away Spammers.  This is the website http://vitaleager.com/

If I were a terrorist - I would make up a batch of pills that look like Viagra.  Then I would create a website like theirs - and sell them pills that contained mostly Cyandide.

This way - I could make money off of suckers - and also kill them in the process.

Bottom line - there is not really any way to stop his phoney pharmacy crap.  I just delete their emails and move on.

As far as Scams go - this is a pretty good one!

Haven't called or ordered, but a little tip: a "Canadian Pharmacy" typically doesn't have a phone number in Texas. (210) area code.

This is the second text received on my cell from them.  If you go to their website to unsubscribe, it loops you back to the home page.  Same thing with the report spam link and the unsubscribe link.  Because they use my own cell number to spoof their Caller ID, I can't even reply to the text they sent.  Can't these sites be shut down if there is no legitimate way to contact them to unsubscribe??

They have used my email for return address several times. It is theft of my name, time and resources. I tried calling the number and got a recording.

It was Foreign accent. Sounded Asian.

I did do a whois on one of the other similar domains and it came back with a Chinese host and a Russian owner.

The recording today said you could email at support@uphs.info or check your order at www.upha.info

Does anybody have a way to find out who owns that phone number for sure. Then we would know who to file complaints against. Maybe even an address for the number.

I filed a complaint with the Attorney General of Texas to try to get the phone cut-off, also something with the IC3.  More people injured by them need to file complaints.

It appears the phone number has been used for nearly a year to bait and scam people.  I think it is up the Texans to cut off the phone.

Here is something you ALL should try - file a complaint at the National Do Not Call Registry website: https://www.donotcall.gov
I said that this company has been sending me text messages and calling me. Then I listed their phone number and said that each text message was an advertisement for websites that all redirect to the same pharmacy site. I also gave them one of the links to the site. I don't know if it will help but they do say that they will investigate and could take legal action. If tons of people filed complaints with donotcall.gov it might work. The thing is that you have to have your phone # registered with them for over 30 days before you can file a complaint. It is free to register and keeps telemarketers from calling. So go sign up and file a complaint against these scammer/spammers!!!

WTF is wrong with you idiots?
You clearly haven't done your homework.
SPAM is legal in Canada. All those ridiculoulsy named websites redirect to a 'Canadian Pharmacy'.
Trust me - I've talked to the Mounties. they dont care.
    HOWEVER
They DO care about theft. Of Bandwidth. WE pay for it and THEY are stealing it.
THEY are also stealing our time.
The Mounties are more than willing to support a claim of Theft, against these SPAMMERS.
E me webmaster at barbourboats dot com if you want to join the fight.
