They called me today and left two messages at which Kevin Brooks sounds like a recording.  Once I called back she couldn't give me the company's name and she could barely give me any information.  She wanted to get her supervisor and I told her I was calling my Attorney.  This is sad because someone is going to fall for this scam.

called me today and i look up every number i don't have tagged in my phone and this site popped up. they told me there was a warrant to be issued for my arrest and that i had contacted the litigation dept (they called me though) and that i had a worthless check out and a warrant was issued for my arrest. when i asked with who this is from the said cash central and it was for a loan in 2012. of course they had all my info and when i asked for the amount the girl stammered then she put me on hold where a female with the same voice told me she was collecting for 2 felonies!!! so i told her i spoke with my lawyer and he wanted me to ask what the amount is for the loan and she said since i was talking to my lawyer that there was no need to continue the conversation and hung the phone up in my face...wow

I received a call earlier today (while at work).  I don't answer any numbers I don't recognize.  I looked on 800Notes and found this to be a scam (surprise!!!).  Well, this afternoon, as I was getting out of my car, the phone rang again.  It was an American voice (recording) stating there was a pre-trial and that I need to have my attorney call back.  Well, it just so happens that I work for a law firm; so I know this is a big ol' scam (not to mention that I already checked it out).  Be careful, people.  They are from India and are trying to take your money.  I have received several of these calls.  I have returned their calls before (just messing with them) and explained that I work for a law firm.  They argue with me and I with them.  The last guy told me that he would send out a warrant for my arrest tomorrow morning.  I told him that I would look forward to it.  Guess who never showed up!!!  

Same thing happened to me.. just now. I called Cash central just to be sure. it's all a scam.  A lady by the name of Nicole and a guy calling himself Mike Stone.

Told em he had a warrant for my arrest , actually two for felonies....

He hung up on me!!!

They keep calling my mother and saying she is going to be arrested. The first time she paid $500 and now they continue to call. I worked in civil litigations for 2 years. You CANNOT be arrested for a civil matter. This is a scam! I just called them and they hung up on me haha they answered the phone as "litigation"

I received the same call yesterday stating they were Litigation Services and that I had taken out an online payday loan in June of 2012.  I have NEVER applied for any type of loan online so I knew I didn't owe any money for one. When I started asking questions about the company name and how much the loan was for she placed me on hold to check. She came back on stating it was through Cash Central and it had been for $200 but with interest and late fees it was now $379 and that I needed to pay with a credit card or debit card and a receipt would be emailed to me in 24hrs. She knew all of my personal information. Previous address, email address, employer, last 4 of my SSN, and incorrect DOB. I refused to give any card number to which she replied that if it wasn't paid that they would be proceeding to file criminal charges and a warrant for my arrest would be issued. Again I refused to give any card information to which she replied "get yourself a good attorney because you're going to need it" and hung up.  

I immediately went to my bank and got a copy of my statement for that month, nope no loan! I filed a police report, filed a complaint with the Bbb, and reported it to my States Attorney Generals office. When they called back today I immediately called them back. The first person that answered the phone Litigation Services. I told her that after the call yesterday I did some checking and that I knew they were scamming people and she hung up on me. I immediately called back and a different woman answered and did not answer just saying her name. I told her that I filed a police report, reported them to the BBB, and the aAttorney Generals office. She said "Are you done" to which I said "Oh no, I've just started! I demanded to never get called by them again, she said is this Ms.... So she knew who I was by my phone number, and said no problem and hung up on me again.  I called her back and she answered with a different name, same person, and told her that I posted their phone number and their scam on FB and have people sharing it on their pages!  She said "Have a nice day Ms..... " and hung up on me again.

I recently changed my cell # and lo and behold the first call I get to my new # is from these clowns! Caller ID shows the company name as LITEGATION INC ph#210-960-9019...first time they called I didn't pick and they didn't leave a message.  I received a call today (2 weeks later) and again didn't pick up, but this time they left a vague and extremely shady message saying: "This is Rebecca Outlaw with the check fraud division.  I need to speak with you or your defense attorney on the office today. My direct contact # 210-960-9019. In the event I do not hear from you or your defense attorney; Govern yourself accordingly.  Good luck." ...First thought after hearing this message is WTF is this?!?!😒 Second thought... they spelled Litigation incorrectly!!! Then I went online and Googled the company name as it came up on my caller ID and nothing came up...then googled the ph# and came upon this website and after reading all the comments that others have made in regards to this company...I'm convinced it is indeed a SCAM! Don't waste your time even picking up their calls. I have blocked them and will definitely be reporting them!😬

The only thing that could top that "company name" would be "ACME LITEGATION INC."!

At 9:05 the recorded voice Kevin Brooks or something similar left a message. No real data was provided in the message to relate who it was in regards to. Only that a pending case in some legal matter required attention. No one in the house has any pending cases so we phoned back to confirm there must be a mistake. It goes to a simple message box to leave YOUR information (NAME/NUMBER/MESSAGE). Obviously a fake office line. There was no title in the message to state the company let alone Mr. Kevin Brooks on the taped recording even being mentioned as the person or office of that you had reached.

I received a phone call from these low life scam artists. They seem to call almost every 4 months. I have reported this phone number to the Local Law Enforcement, The FTC, State Attorney General Office etc..I received a message from Johnathan Farris with PreTrial Intervention. He said that he had a pending legal matter in his office that needs immediate attention.. I was told to call back and talk to an investigator.

THIS IS A SCAM!! They will become very aggressive with you on the phone. I have my number on the do not call list, but that does no good with these people. If you can ask for a Fax number, get it. You can send a cease and desist letter to them telling them to stop these calls. Keep a copy and if they keep calling you can pursue them legally.

I also got the same call from this # and he also said his name was KEVIN BROOKS a pre-trial intervention??? that I have 3 felonies over some unpaid loans. I checked my bank account and NOTHING for loans. Thank God I kept researching and found this website otherwise I'd fall for it.Even knowing I didn't have a payday loan. THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

I got a message from Kevin Brooks at the above member stating that there is a case to be filed against me and want me or my attorney to call them today.  When I called them, I only got a voice and left a message asking what this is all about.

I received a call from 210-960-9011 and 260-960-9101 last night and today, both had the same man leaving the message but identified himself with 2 different names - Kevin Brooks and Roland Maxwell. When I returned the call this morning, after finding on here  that it is a scam call (my intention was to have them remove my number from their call list) a woman answered and told me who they were looking for (my husband) I told her he was unavailable but I wanted them to stop calling. She insisted he must get in touch with them regarding a criminal case about him. I hung up.

Received a call from Kevin Brooks (210) 960-9011 stating that they are issuing two warrants for my arrest for a payday loan I took out a couple of years ago.  They had my old bank account info and to not be arrested I needed to pay $625 to stop the warrant.  Could not even tell me the name of the loan company I took the loan out with.  Mentioned Cash Central which I've never heard of.

I was called today. I wasnt told the name of the company, but I was told I owe over $1000.00 but the will settle my account for $515 in the next 24 hours. I spoke to an a friend that knows about that ans he even said that they cant arrest you for debt. That everything he was saying sounded like fraud. I was a little scared, but after speaking to my friend I felt better.

This is the rudest bogust, uneducated, illiterate company!!!!!!!!! It is a scam do not acknowledge them!!!!!!!!!!! They use random dialers and have threatened a 11 year old child when I called the man screamed yelled (like a 2 year old having a tantrum ad hung up 3 times.

I informed him it was being recorded and the authorities have been notified and gave them all the voicemails and calls.

They should not only be ashamed but charges pressed!

Yes they are a scam and he is a worm I reported them to the authorities. Pray they don't victimize the elderly or one that doesn't know better rest assured they are fraud.

That is so awesome you've taken steps to do all this.  I also got a call with exact same way from 210 area code and 513 area code with all my information threatening me that they will levy my bank account and will do some jail time for the cash central loan back in 8/2012.  This lady named Ms. Jones was telling me that you are being recorded for all conversation and I asked her with what authority and approval do you have to record this conversation....she couldn't say anything.  

I asked her for the amount of the loan, exact date of the loan to make sure this is legit and she started getting mad and hung up.  How are these people getting my info?  I think they're targeting those who has maybe applied the loan (i have before) online.  These thieves have to be stopped!!

keep receiving calls saying they are Rebecca Outlaw from Pretrail Intervention and that there was a claim submitted to them against  me to please press ONE to be connected to an investigater, when I did, no one answered but they keep calling back. I called the police dept and they said as long as there is NO info given I was okay..hmmmm
