I don't know who's this number, but they been calling me

called a number of times and when I answer the call, no reply from the other side.

I just tried to call this number again, and this time got a Verizon recording that the call could not be completed.  So I think this prank is over with this number.

I want them to stop calling me...I answer and no ones talks.

I have gotten numerous calls for someone named Pamela. The caller claims to be from the Education Information Center. The caller ID is 212-000-0452. Even when told to stop calling they continue to do so.

Don't answer! Don't give them any information! Your name, age, marital status, income, education, children & occupation are all forms of personal information. Just by answering you give up your gender & possible age. I encourage everyone to change your voicemail to something non-specific to you. Don't leave a voicemail recording message on your voicemail with your name. If they don't get an answer the first time, these d-bags hear your voicemail recording stating your name & whatever elses you give them. So the next time they call they know your name, & people are wondering how these people know your name the times you do answer. If you do answer, just hang up. Simple as that. Their calling cell phones so if you have a smartphone then you need to configure your blocking mode settings. Also you can set these numbers to auto-reject individually.
