- Caller: ??
- Ray GSaw as missed call - no message left - called back and et ring a couple times - no answer - might be a non working number to return a call. Read above comments - appreciate the input above.
I was afraid this was one of those numbers you dial and then pay a lot of money per minute for the call - so did not want to let ring until it was answered. Never saw "000" after an area code in a phone number.
Thanks,
Ray - pwem119This number just gives you a recording about lowering your interest rates on your credit cards. It instructs you to press 1 sometimes or 9 other times to talk to a representive but does nothing if you press either. I just want to be on their "do not call list" scammers...err
- DougI got a call from 212-000-3301 at work. Listed to the msg and it talked about lower my credit crad rate. So I press #9 and it just rang and rang till it disconnected. - Lydia WilliamsI received a call ON 11/23/2009 at 11:22 AM. Since I was at work, I didn't anwser. I decided not to return the call. Anyone who calls me and does not identify him/her self will not get a call back from me. I figure they are probably "hustling."
- slumbieI just received a call on my cell from this number and I do not answer non-identified numbers, especially outside my area code.
- anonGot a call from this number just now, didn't answer as it couldn't identify who it is. Immediately googled it while it was ringing, found this and didn't pick up. Junk.
- KristinRobocall - stating I have a few days to lower my credit card interest rate? If I'm interested press 9? No mention of who they are!
I only have 1 card and they're unwilling to lower anything.
SCAM do not press any keys OR trust any card company calling you!!
Filed report FCC - we're already on the DO NOT CALL list and this player seems to think they can play outside the law.
Dam Shame you can't let your kids answer the phone anymore because of jerks like this!- Caller: Won't tell you - filed report Verizon
- Marie212-000-3301 just called. Scam about lowering your credit interest rate.

- PhiladelphiaRecorded message from Rachel saying she was calling with regard to my credit card and that there is no problem with my credit card at this time, but if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card, time was running out. If I was interested I was to hit 9. I hung up. They did not mention the name of the credit card they were calling in reference to.

- TomPhone rang, I saw the 212-000-3301 number, and just let it ring. I too won't answer a number like that, these poor people, how dumb...
- RachelI did answer after several phone calls from this number, when I answered they told me if I would like to speak to a rep press "9" I did so, only to tell them to stop calling... When the gentleman answered the phone he said "I understand that you pressed option "3" to lower your interest rates" I replied "Actually" and they hung up on me... I also tried to call it back because I was livid at that point lol and it isn't a working phone number. After all of that I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I knew this was a scam considering I do not have any credit cards. I suggest that everyone writes to their BBB for their state and file a complaint on this company (whom ever they are) Hopefully the more complaints they receive the more likely they are to actually do something.

- carigisBe aware this is a rate adjustment scam to aquire your credit card number. the FTC has taken down several of these. They are using a gateway which comes back as a non working number. I advised the rep they were violating federal robocall regulations as well as federal law regarding impersonating a financial institution and asked her if $8 an hour was worth going to jail for.. she refused to provide company name and phone number and said she recieved the call over "satellite". beware. if you gave them any card info cancel the card immediatly and notify the police.
