A recorded message about your credit card balance interest going up.  If you wait or dial 9 you can speak with an operator.  I have dialed 9 at least 3 times now and told them I am on the do not call list and to remove me and not call again.  2 times they hung up, this last time the young man argued with me for several minutes and when I asked for his name and to speak to a supervisor he said he didn't feel like it.

I got a call from this number asking to lower interest rates on a card.  I hit 9 to speak to someone and so far it has been ringing for 20mins.

I got a call from them about 2 hours ago but didn't hear the message.  I picked up at the same time as my answering machine and it drowned out the automated message from the phone number.

I just got a call from this number saying that they were Card Services.  It said there was no problem with my account, but that they could help me lower my interest rate.  I hit 9 like it asked and was immediately put through to a representative.  He asked me if I had over $5,000 in credit card debt (unfortunately, yes); he said he could get my interest rate down to 6.9%.  He wanted me to give him the account numbers of my high interest cards.  I told him that I was not going to give him that over the phone.  He got irritated and told me that his account managers would explain everything to me after I provided the accounts I would like lowered.  I asked if this was a balance transfer or what...basically how in the world were they going to lower my rate that much.  He refused to tell me, so I just hung up on him.

212 000-44825 just called and I leet the answering machine respond.  The person or automated caller would not leave a message.  I am on the Do Not Call Registry and am reporting this number to the Registry.

Don't ever even consider something like this when you are solicited out of the blue on the telephone.

I have received mutiple calls from this number however I have heard about many scams similar to this and am wise enough not to provide my credit card info to someone who calls me. When I received the call today I pressed 9 to tell them to stop calling me and I was hung up on. All signs indicate this a fraud so DO NOT give out your info.

I was called from this number and hit 9 when prompted and was immediately connected to a representative.  When I asked him to stop calling me I was hung up on.  This has been happening at least once a day or more, plus I am on the DO NOT CALL registry.

Telemarket credit scam - beware - scamming for personal info

Soon as I picked up phone caller hung up...good for him because I'm not an idiot. would love to hang up in his face too.

Just got a call from this number on my cell as well. I pressed 9 as indicated to talk to one of their reps. When he got on the phone I asked to be taken off of their call list. His remark was "wait, let me get into our do not call database. oh wait, we don't have one". I wanted to crawl through the phone line because they continue to call. I told him that I don't want them calling me anymore. He said "uuuuhhhh well we didn't call you. your credit card made the phone call" Then he hung up.

It's a big joke to them and they are fishing for anyone who will take the scam.

I keep getting this a call on my cell phone from this number also.  I figure it's a scam or telemarketer and I am also on the Do Not Call list.  Is there any way to block this number from calling?  I use a Blackberry with Verizon service.

People, there is no 000 exchange.  This number is being spoofed, that should tell anyone not to bother pressing 9 or complain they are on the donot call list.  THIS IS A SCAM IGNORE THEM AND THEY WILL GO AWAY.  I use a computer modem and program to block them after the first call.  They call, the computer catches it and hangs up after the first ring.

I get calls from "Janie" several times a day calling to talk to me about my credit card debt. I do not want to get these calls. I am told to leave a message with my credit card debt information.
