Got this call noontime, same message started as with number 407-000-9463. Recorded message starts but when answering machine starts it disconnects. Try calling all these numbers back and says call can't be completed as dialed. Who are these weirdos?

I got a cal from this number, and also from 407-000-9463. They ask you to press 9 to lower your interest rate. The first time I did so, the person asked if I was responding to lower my interest rate. I said, "Yes, please remove me from your list." She responded with, "You lied to me, you said you wanted to lower your interest rate." I asked for a supervisor, she told me, "No M-Fing way" (my censorship, she full out cursed at me) and I finally hung up.

Second time, I politely asked to be removed from the call list and got hung up on immediately.

Received call from this # . Asked for address and was given Cardmember Services, 329 West Church St, Jacksonville, FL 32945. I inquired as to how they circumvent the "Do Not Call" statute and was told that as long as I have a Visa, Mastercard, etc., they're permitted to call & there was nothing I could do about it. Also receive calls weekley from other #'s for thos company, always have "000" for local three digit #. Always ask to be removed from there list, but never works. Was also told to "S--k my d--k" a few weeks ago when I received a call and asked for the name/address of co.
