    Received an automated phonecall from "Credit Card Services," offering to lower my monthly rate if I would dial "9." which I did.

    A man answered.  "Hello," he said.  He was very brusque.

    "I want to tell you we are on the 'do not call' list,and--"

    He cut me off.  "Don't give me that 'do not call' s--t," he shouted at me.  "I'm tired of that--" and he hung up.

    When I called back the number, the message I got was "I'm sorry.  We are unable to complete that call as dialed.  Please check the number, etc."

    Needless to say I was very upset by this.
