This number calls at all times, never leaves a message. I do not answer unknown numbers.

This number just called me and asked me if I wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card. All of my credit cards have been paid off and the accounts close. So I don't understand who this company is suppose to be.

Same old "Credit Card Service" crap with a new, more distinguished British voice. I suppose the think the British voice will add credibility to their unsolicited and annoying phone calls.
