I got a call & answered it, recording said regarding my account to lower my interest, to press 9.  I did - and "Ramon" came on and I said "who am I talking to about what account?  He hung up on me.  I have ONE credit card and they never call me, so I knew it wasn't them.

Received a call from this number.  When I pressed "9" to speak with a representative, a man came on the line, and as soon as I asked to be taken off of their list, he hung up on me.  We are on a do not call list, but apparently this company thinks the rules don't apply to them.

Received several calls from this number.  Finally answered and Pressed 9 to get to a live person.  When the rep answered she asked "are you calling to lower your interest rate" I said "no, I want to be placed on your do not call list" they hung up.  I tried to call back and it didnt go through... Scam!

called didn` leave message. new york 212-000-9473. just a thought credit card companys send aplications every day, wanting people to use their credit cards increasing the amount you can use, then they raise their rates when they want to. then hit you with a annual fee ,over the limit fee, etc. then when something happens and you can`t pay, even if you call the you get a 30% rate then they they say your credit is ruined. then these jack [***] collectors call,as if you don`t have enough to worry about . any one got any suggestions?

They called my number several times on the 15th but I never answered because I did not recognize the number. I am also on the do not call list and this is irrating to get continual calls from the number.

They have call me everyday for the past week.But they will not stay on the phone long enough to ask any question
