I was called by this number as well. They  called early in the morning. I see someone else was called by this number.  Because it was posted on this website the number must be spam.  

Same call this morning also. Search of other caller identification sites says this is a credit card scam.

Just got a call from this number asking to reduce credit card interest rate from an automated machine. SCAM.

This a "credit card" company who is going to reduce my interest on a card I don't have..

I don't know who this is

I traced it to a ny city place called parentplay.com

Caller ID gave name of "Brian Kaplan." No idea who this might be or what 'business' it may represent.

Just received a call from this number this morning, it is a CREDIT CARD SCAMER!

Same here, received call. Identified from NY, NY. I blocked it.

I just received a call from this number. I rejected it. They did not leave a message...

So tired of these people blowing up my phone and not leaving message. If you can't leave message, don't call my phone.

Got another call from this number... 212-227-0251 ... on my work phone. I am tired of these calls especially because it is my work phone... When will they stop.  Thought the "Do not Call" list was suppose to stop this,, it has only gotten worse.

The Do Not call list does not protect work or business numbers. it is only for sales calls to residential and personal cellphone numbers.  it does not cover non-sales calls nor business-to-business sales calls.
