Caller ID stated Flowers Café.  Call and hung up.

They just called me 7 mins ago.....

Phone ID Flowers Cafe 212-777-8785. ~6:PM.

said something, stated I couldn't hear him, replied I don't want you to hear me and hung up

Keeps calling and hanging up I feel trying to connect to third party through my phone line ! I'm told huge scam

Said same to me block number because when u answer they connect to third party my phone company told me

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

calls, never leaves voicemail or anything

Received a call from this number but looked like this on my phone  212 7 77 87 85. They left no message. When I tried to call the number back I get a message from my phone saying that I can't make this call (or something to that effect) with my plan. Guessing it's international and a scam. Blocked it.

Call from this number saying he was from Internal Revenue who are suing me and placing a lien for unpaid taxes.  I told him I know about scams and called him a mother*** er.  He hung up.  I called the number back but the call would not complete.  Be careful!!!

Called my land line.  It was a foriegn guy,said he was from the "Internal Revenue Service."  I immediately went off on him, told him to not call my house again.  I dropped a few choice words, which he then went off on me repeating same choice words.  I then hung up on him.  He then immediately called my house again.  Caller ID said "Flowers Cafe"
