- Like I Would AnswerCalled my cell phone 3 times today already. Leaves no message.
- Caller: Unknown
- is this a jokecalled me and left voice mail at my work and said she was Lt Lynn Taylor, garble the rest of the message something about a task force that I have a warrant to search my apartment and arrest me. said to call 212-784-6462 x1824
- Really?Calls business and personal numbers. Magic Jack phone number. Says they are with the DEA and tries to get you to send money to "clear up" your warrant or ticket. Yeah right, that's not exactly what they do at the DEA when you have an issue. What a scam!!!!!
- Caller: DEA
- Marsha MattinglyReceived this call today, and yesterday.
- GBA woman called from this number, I didn't get her name or the name of where she was calling from, but she left a message also saying that she had a warrant to search my home and to arrest me, and for me to call this number back (extension 1824). Yeah, right. If that was legit, they would just show up; they wouldn't call to warn you!!
- D PattersonReceived the exact same message. Same extension of 1824. Said I had obtained a package illegally and they had a warrant to search my home and also an arrest warrant for my arrest. I have no reason for anyone from DEA to want to search my home or arrest me since I have never had illigal drugs. I do have enough sense to know DEA doesn't call. They just do it.
- Tēna M.I just received a call from 212/784-6462, the woman claiming to be a Lt. Lynn Taylor. She said that a diet pill I had ordered (over 10 years ago) was an illegal drug produced by the drug cartels and that the ingredients in them required me to have a prescription and because I had ordered them illegally over the phone I now have a felony on my record. She said that there was one of two ways I can handle the situation, one being I just accept the charge and go to jail without the possibility of bail, or she can check to find out whether they (I don't know who "they" are) would give me a second chance and that being paying a fine. The first option of the fine was $7,900 to be paid every three months and the second fine option was $4,500 to be paid on a monthly basis. Either route I choose required a down payment of either $500.00 or $800.00, whichever I felt I could afford at the time. No I did not give any credit card information and because of that she was going to go ahead and file the claim and that there should be an arresting office at my door shortly. She recommended that I contact a federal criminal laywer because this was a federal drug case. After typing in the words "diet pills, felony, arrest, scam" I came across 800notes.com and thus, my story....Thank you 800notes.com....and to everyone else, please be careful........Tēna...
- AldoSame thing - person wanted money ITS A SCAM!
Crazy lady!!!!!- Call type: Prank
- Hate ScamsSame thing...call from Lt Lynn Taylor saying there was a search warrant for my home and arrest warrant for me for attempting to get a package illegally. Said she was from the D.E.A. Unbelievable. I feel so sorry for people who fall for these things. Last week I got a virus on my computer stating that I had to send $300 or I would be arresting for child pornography. Lol. Not really funny...it did cost me $100 have my computer guy unblock my computer...ARRRRGGGHHHH

- What a fraud
I just received a call and a voice mail from this number stating the same thing everyone else said.
I say bring it on!! I've done nothing and I feel this is harrassment. - Not fallin' for it!Wow, Lt.Lynn Taylor has been really busy!!! She called for husband, left message with same exact verbiage, right done to the mumbled/garbled ending! This is actually the third time "they" have called us this year. Not sure if its from the same number and the person was different, ie, Officer Martinez and some other guy, but same stupid scam.
- AnonymSame number ,same message, what kind of joy do they get from doing this to people?
- Caller: DEA
- Be Careful!I had the phone call about a diet pill purchased online over 10 yrs. ago. She said the pharmacy on line was under arrest and I was guilty of trafficking drugs over the border. There were federal agents waiting for me if I didn't pay the fine, which was to be given western union. Please be careful of these crooks, who I pray will one day be caught. Hang up on these phone calls! They may have some personal information about you that they hope will lure you into their scam. That's how they get you, trying to threaten you because of their personal information on you. Contact your police enforcement with the phone # that they call you on. Also contact your bank and credit card companies. Make sure to protect yourself! The call was from a New York Call
- Caller: DEC-Drug Enforcement Administration
- PamReceived several ph calls from this #, Ryan Taylor. Referred me to Mike Campbell. Sd I was being investigated by Nigeria, Africa as terrorist and money laundries. Would issue arrest warrant within 24 hrs. To drop charges would have to send $300 to Juan Arrango (badge 17204) 4269 Main St, Bridgeport, Connecticut 06606. But a Steven Brown 855.687.5111 would go to Africa for me to plead my case to drop charges.
