Getting very forceful messages, demanding money or threatening legal action.  Fake company - don't call them back or give them any information!!!!!

Called me this morning at 815 and said they are ACS, and a Pakistani man named "John Smith" left me a message to not ignore this and call him back at this number and do not ignore or all he can do "is wish you luck, as the situation unfolds on you." Called back and "Kevin Smith" answered.. isn't doing too well with the whole Jay and Silent Bob thing, I guess, to have to be doing this for work. Alex Stewart answered and said he was the lead attorney and that I had a payday loan for 5000??? Wtf? But a couple days ago, someone called me from this same number and offered me a payday loan, which I declined. When I asked about it, the "lead attorney" completely ignored the question. I was sitting at the computer, so I decided to look up the law firm on the internet, and could not find it. When I asked him about that, againm he ignored me and said he will take me to my local "country court"
Seriously, do people not know when they have payday loans? I have never had a payday loan, but this company had my social security number he said, but asked me to verify it, which I did not, because don't they have it already? Any questions I had legal-wise, this so called attorney could not answer, and told me to F*#k off and he'll see me in court. Class, classy "attorney"  lol.
