They called 10/15/2015 and we became the subject of a revenge dial session when switchboard explained they could not transfer to someone not listed in our directories. They claimed they were with Citizen Bank and then eventually with EBCBS. Which they refused to explain what type of business they were.
Today they called and claimed to be a doctors office and rather than ask, rudely demanded personal information (a home address, cell#, etc...) on an employee we do not have in our directories. Not to mention that is definitely highly unethical (if not illegal)
Reverse Lookup indicates this number belongs to EBCBS Wellpoint.

Never say yes, they can record you saying yes and add it to verbal contracts.. You know when you call your cell phone company and change something and they tell you in advance they have to read you the small print and they'll  need you to respond, only with "yes?"  That's what they can do.  I get a lot of scammers at work and I've learned not to say yes, I say "correct" or "affirmative."
