why do they call and leave no message and during my work time?

Recorded message said it was about my credit card status. I knew it was a scam so I stayed on the line to threaten them since I'm on the "Do Not Call" list. I asked the guy why they called me and he said he could call me since he was the holder of my accounts. Stll knowing it was a scam, I asked him which company. He replied, "You want to play games? I'm going to close all of your accounts! Just try and use them this afternoon!" Then he slammed the phone down.

Same BS as the others. I have been getting called from this california number almost daily. I am on the DNC list. I guess that they don't care about that list. I tried to talk to rep. Just wanted my credit card numbers.
