They want to fake sue you

IRS scam caller

I received an aggressive call from this number stating it was the IRS. While I had them on the phone I looked up the number and advised them they are listed under scam. This fellow that sounded like he was from India hung up on me.

Received a call from this number with a recording saying the IRS has been trying to reach me for 2 weeks and this is the final call. I called the number back and asked for the answerer's information:
Name:  Chriss Lyin (pronounced Lynn but looks like "lying"!  male with [Asian] Indian accent)
ID:  5D800
Works for a department in the IRS. Address:  1111 Constitution Ave, Washington DC 20224
I thanked him and hung up.

Received a call from this number (on my cell phone) with a recording saying something about case file and to call back at the number that called.  They called back again an hour later and left the same half of a message.  I do not give my cell phone number out to anyone I do not know so if I receive a call on it and it does not come from one of my friends I do not answer it.  I have a plan with very limited minutes for emergencies only.

Claims that the irs is suing me for tax errors.    Very rude and threatening.  Hang up.
