I inquired about the Acai Berry pills yesterday. They started calling about 2 hours later and have called ever since. I answered about 4 times and then they hang up. On the 5th time there was someone there. They are obviously in India and you cannot understand a word they are saying! I told them to remove me from their call list. She continued to talk and said that I had inquired about the pills online, and I said yes, but I did not order them and am obviously not interested. We will see if they stop.

This number 213-228-8114 called my husband's cell phone about 6 times today before I went on their website and hit livechat.  I explained that they were contacting an 8 year old child and to stop all unsolicited calls to the cell phone.  I was told it would take 24 hours to get the number off their system and I would not get anymore calls from them.  Time will tell. I'm hoping that by telling them it is a child's phone number I may get results.

This number called me today as well! Got my hopes up thinking it was my boyfriend in navy boot camp, but they hung up! So, since the area code didnt look like the correct one, i googled it :) and they called back, both times the call hung up after i said hello! annoyyyyying! def. gonna try the live chat!

I literally get 15 calls a day from this number.  How can i make it stop- this is harrassment.

How do you get a hold of them if they charged your acct.

They wont stop calling...its been a week. Its everyday, calls start at about 10am and dont stop until about 9pm. They call about every half an hour and the phone company says the only thing they can do for me is to change my number!

Someone called me w/ this number and name "Global Reach International" according to my caller ID and the # is 213-228-8114.
 I called back once & it said"not a valid or working #", so I called back again & it went through......
 Rep said, "I see you had enquired about Acai Berry Weight Loss'something or other'," I replied, "NO." She says, "Oh...I'm looking for (such&such.)" I said I was such&such & that ..............
 I told her, "I'm 48 years old, & weigh 95 lbs.  So, I know I didn't inquire about any weight loss product!" We will see if that works???   Truth be told my Aunt has used the Acai Berry from the store, but I told them that to protect her Credit Card info from these con men!

I recieved the same calls. AT&T would not take my complaint like someone suggested, so I went to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) online at https://odr.bbb.org/odrweb/public/getstarted.aspx and filed a complaint. It can be used by Canadians or Americans. I explained the situation and referred them to this website so hopefully something will be done. I think it would help if anyone who is being harassed by this company files a similar report. The company information I used for the report was on Acai Burn's 'contact us' site at http://www.acaiburnmax.com/contactus.php , and I used 213-228-8114 as the company phone number.

they call every hour... i answer no one picks up. called back nothing. they won't stop calling.

Got this number 213-228-8114 a couple of times.  Last time was 07.20.2009 around 9:40pm.  Caller ID = CALL CENTER, CA.

They have called me four times yesterday and once already today!

yes I have been its a pain how do we make it stop.  I have already registered my cell # with the do not call solicitation #.

I just spent 45 minutes live chatting with an operator on the AcaiBurn website. She talked in circles continuously repeating herself, until eventually she said she would report this problem to her management as i accused the website of soliciting my personal information. Its true that the 213-228-8114 number is not AcaiBurn's phone number, but it is associated with them somehow. I plan to raise a battle with a phone operator tomorrow (someone who doesnt have an automated answer booklet) to see how far I get and I will post my results. I'm Canadian by the way, so I'm afraid there is not much I can do for national do not call registries.

This people are not selling you anything, this people wants to know exactly where do you live, so they can tell creditor and collections agencies where to find you, car repos, lawsuits, e.t.c. I was due to believe they are also located in Amarillo, Texas. I went there in person and spoke to a short lady by the last name of "ORTIZ" and told her if she contacts me one more time in any way, I'll put my cell phone up her ass, they call police but by that time I was long gone....
