I have been receiving calls at my place of employment,threatening i that am being sued for a payday loan, asking me to pay 5,000.00 dollars and to verify my social and my attorneys number. HELP!

I too have received these phone calls at work and at home.  I did do a reverse look up on the number they told me to call back, it came back with this name and number

I have tried to stop the calls and have not been able to.  I do believe I will have to change my cell phone number.

Does anyone else agree that it is odd to have so much backbround noise during the calls? It sounds like there are hundreds of people in a small room!

I received a call from Jason Connors 213-232-4395 said that I or my attorney needed to call him right away for I would be in serious trouble, very heavy accent and only God could help me.  I contacted the attorney general's office, the FBI and FTC.  Hope that someone can stop these types of calls.

They called , left me a threatening phone call sam as everyone else.  Stating I was going to have to deal with the authorities!  Bring it on [***]....... when I called back they said it was an answering service and that some one would call me back.  This is a bunch of crap!  I hope that they catch these morons and put them in the pen for a LONG time.

That stupid person called again, please try and help all of us who respond to you, to look into this situation.

Ok,I revcieved another call from Mr. Simon Jones he to had all my info; I could here him however he could not here me I told him that he needed to call my attorney Mr. Gregg Abbott (Texas Attorney General) and I gave the number but here is the new catch with these people that still is NOT enough.
I have talk with the Texas Attorney Genereal here is what we need to do
1). contact and file a complaint againt them through your Attorney Generals Office.
2). You have to contact The American Debit Collections Agency and file a complaint with them as well there # 1-800-957-3328
I have also just about told everyone and anyone who will listen to me about this crap I have also enlisted my attorney's help but the people that I'm dealing with is out of Washington.  I think! I'm going to make it my mission to find out who these people are and maybe if I have a leg to stand on I'm thinking about taking action against them, the last straw with them is when they told my 15 year old daughter go look outside I'm sending the police to take you mommy away! NO MORE!!!!

Ok, I promised that I would not give up on this; here's what I've learned so far if you look up the FEDERAL DEBIT COLLECTIONS you will find out your right and what bill collectors/solictors are allowed not to do and that the Federal Trade Commison is very interrested trying to get to the bottom of this; There web address is www.ftc.gov you can also contact them at 202-326-2222 what I did is that I called them off their web site there is a toll free number to call and issue a complaint againt them, without the complaints there is nothing anyone could do so you have to issue a complaint.  Good Luck Guys oh I did find out that this Simon Jones is not real and the company is NOT REAL.. They are breaking the LAW!!!!

Scammers do not follow any laws. You should be more worried about how they got your financial information and what they are going to do with it.

I keep getting this call from a man named Jason connors he has a middle eastern accent from American Credit Services, and he says that i have an outstanding loan. He is threatening to take me to court and i'll end up paying outragious fees. He keeps calling from a 941 area code and askes me to call back a 213 number. He wont give up and refuses to give me any information about the original creditor. He wants my credit card information to make this go away.
When I ask to speak to a supervisor the same person with the same voice comes on and tells me hes a supervisor. THis has been ongoing and he refuses to give up.

I need your help. This person Jason Connors keeps calling me and making the same threats that youve stated. He calls from a 941 area code and tll me to call him back from a 213 number.
Please help me I want this person caught or at least to leave me alone.

I received a call from (941) 961-8518 and it was a man who you could not understand. He asked me about the last 4 of my social and I hung up on him. My father 5 minutes called me that this called saying that I owe for a loan in 07 and some shoes. I don't know what he was talking about then it says to call him back at a number (213) 550-4186. The number just rings and rings.

OMG!! I just got one of these phone calls from "Jason Conners" at my job today. I filed a police report for harassment because he called 8 times. I am SOOOOO pissed beyond belief.  On the 8th time he called I told him that I had filed a harassment report against him and all he could do was studder!!! Never once did he tell me his "law firms" name, the only thing he could tell me was the 3 felonies I was being charged with. When I called the police dept and they ran me they asked me if I really thought that someone who was serving a warrant on me would call me first! These low-life scum-buckets are going to get theirs. I'm going to take the advise I've seen on this website and contact my Attorney General's office.

I got a phone call first from John Goodman (Roseanne's husband????), he clearly did not sound as if this was his name.  He left a vm on my cellphone and then called me at work.  At first the connection was bad, so it hung up and I started doing some research and came across all of these complaints against this particular phone number - 941-961-8518.  John called me again at work and began to tell me that I was going to have to $735 today or pay $5000 in lawyer fees from their office. I told him that I need some concrete information and he refused to give me any real detail besides what can probably be googled about me. So then he puts his manager on the phone Mr. John Connor (sounds like the terminator to me,hmmmm).  I begin to read to him all of the complaints against him and he starts to laugh  nervously and the call gets disconnected. Then he calls back and asked to be his friend since I know everything about him and that he would like to chat with me.  He said that I was breaking his heart because I would not be his friend and because I asked him not to call me again or I will report him to the police.  I finally hung up on him and he has not called back as of yet.

I'm a police officer but Someone giving misscall/calling my wife from this "GP 01735965423" number and  he is  calling in every 1 or 2 munite  and if I recieve than he use so rough language. because of this froud my wife chage his number several time but we don't know how can he manage the number and again start his harassing communications . He is calling after midnight for him my wife bound to swith off her mobile .

I started getting calls form him, Jason Conners, on Fridat at 345PM. They continued until this morning when I did this search on him. I took his last call and told him that my lawyer would be contacting him and I have filed a police report. His phone number is 718-873-9657. He told me that I needed to fax him a letter stating that I would pay him $730 or I would be losing my job and going to jail. He started screaming at me as to why I would steal. I did not steal and I do not know anything that he is talking about. When I told him what I was going to do, he told me that the conversation was ging to end and he would write off the money as bad debt. I filed a complaint with the California AG, as he was dumb enough to tell me where he was. He has a Staten Island number. Not good. He also had my social security number and my bank account number. Very scary stuff especially if he were to get an elderly person.
