Robocall selling home security systems.

Caller ID read "local", but 213 is not a local area code for me. I didn't answer.

"Local" per caller ID--yeah, right!  I'm in the 801 (Utah) area code and 213 is a Los Angeles area code, so that's not exactly what I'd call a local call!  They called and left no message, probably because I have a lengthy (60 second) outgoing message to discourage scum bags like this from calling a second time.  I'm assuming it was the same bogus home security system call that others have received.  Yet another number to add to my blocked list--PLONK!

Caller ID said "Homeland Security".  I thought it was from the gov't (LOL) so I answered.  A recorded male voice said  "Due to increased criminal activity in your area GE Security is paying for 5 homes in your area to install a 'new On-Star security system'... which would require a small sign posted in your yard.  If you are willing to have a small sign posted in your yard, press 1.  To be put on the do not call list, press 2."  I hung up thinking "what the ??" and looked up the number here.  Obviously not a legitimate call.

It shows on my phone it was a phone call from Homeland Security, I didn't answer since I don't have anything to do with them but they left a message about a new 'alarm security system'.

Shows as "Los Angeles, CA" on my iPhone. Ignored call and they left no message. Blocked.

Scammers.  Blocked call.

I didn't answer. The caller left no message. Los Angeles, CA came up on the caller id.

called today GE security. Said crime is up in my area. So i talked to a live person she could not tell me what area i like in. She just kept rattling on as i kept asking her where i lived. Can you believe SHE hung up on me?

Got a call I said nothing and they hung up but when I called them back from another number an answering machine answers and states the party you are trying to reach is not available please leave a message . Scam

They want to put a security sign in my yard.  It was a recorded message.

Caller ID said "not available". Number shows 112132622754. Don't answer these calls. Blocked.

Caller ID read "local", but the area code was from a different state, so obviously NOT local.  I didn't answer.

Received call. Said local on caller id.  I actually answered the phone.  No one on the other end. I said hello twice, call then terminated from their end.  All without them speaking a word.  Soooo annoying.

Caller ID said nothing, called my work phone. Answered it, no response, just silence for about 10 seconds
and then they terminated the call. I've been getting 3-5 calls on my work phone per DAY lately from random
numbers that call, sit quietly and then hang up... BUGGED.

I agree! SO annoying!

Called: I'd said Homeland USA.  Did not answer.

Caller i.d. said "Home Land USA."  Did not answer, caller did not leave a message.  Blocked.

Had a missed call from this number. No Message. I have heard the recorded message other have mentioned before.
