Called on June 21, 2010. Just called, and hung up. The call was definitely not local, I'm not in the 213 area code.

I just called my business number with 1-800-GOOG-411. 12132864199 showed up on my caller ID. So, folks, good luck finding who actually called you, this is Skype's outgoing CID string for everyone using GOOG 411.

two calls from this number,  sounded like kids from Russia,  they barely spoke english.  is this a transient number?

This number has called my cell phone 10 times in the past 45 minutes saying it is Nichoi from Russia and using a sound board to play you a message to any question you ask.

So I was thinking we should start calling them. How about when it's 3 am there.  I mean, we have enough people on here and I am sure we can get people we know to help.  If it's a land line, that may piss them off just enough to stop.

This person (or persons) calls our restaurant constantly.  Its very clear that its a prank call every time, mainly because the accents they try to imitate are so poor its embarassing, except we keep them on the line to mess with them.  They clearly have nothing better to do and their pranks aren't even that funny. Who seriously has that much time on their hands?!

Male and Female with some kind of accent - like Eastern European?  Called me at 5:30 AM to ask about booking two nights in my Bed & Breakfast.  Appeared to have very poor understanding of English.  But when he got on the telephone (after "wife" asked about booking a room), he asked what the bed is like.  He asked if it was hard so he could f***.  I wasn't sure I understood!  Pardon me?!??  He said it again.  I am glad the call ended soon afterward.  Of course, they did not book the room.  Based on comments above, I have now identified this number in my phone as "Stupid Prank Caller".

Two girls or young boys called my work from this number. They had an accent and were trying to speak in a different accent but couldn't do it without laughing. Called twice..it actually made my day a little interesting.

I am not sure what program is being used but I keep getting prank calls from 213 numbers. I had heard some young people talking about some thing they put on their phone to put fake caller id's up.

This number called my place of business and said he/she was looking for his mommy. The call was breaking up pretty bad which made it sound really eerie, and I thought maybe it was somebody who needed help or something. The person didn't use any foul language or say anything dirty that I could hear. But then I copied the # from the caller ID, googled it, and found this crazy forum! Does this person just sit around making prank calls all day?

So, this number 213 286 4199, has called me at my job at Dunkin Donuts.... He was asking for Cum Filled Donuts! then he asked if we had menstral kreme filling.... although i found it humerous it was still really annoying!

Just heard noise and then they hung up.Got another call one minute later from 213-325-3300. Same result.

It is Skype

This is some moron with no life calling businesses all over the place via SKYPE. He has called our pharmacy with a few numbers, but (213) 286-4199 is the most common. He either calls with disgusting questions and has even made death threats against two of our pharmacists. Since he did this, our police department here in the city is investigating and plans on making charges. Caller ID says "Losangeles".

He called our business and  asked if we had movie star and Anne Frank memorabilia. Then asked if we have "last but not least" any confetti poppers? And could we put something sharp in them like tacks that he could aim at peoples faces...he didn't want to kill them  this was just for fun..it is for a party. We hear this call and panic thinking someone is trying to hurt someone and we can do nothing about it. Tried phone number back and operator said this line is disconnected.

I think this number is for "Skype Out" users.

So I work in a Salon in Brooklyn NY this guy with a Jamaican accent calls and said he wanted to cut off his long dreds.. I told him he could come in the next day and he said instead he would cum on my face after he tapped his baby momma..I was like ok then shoot! What an idiot..although entertaining

Just called us at a retail store in austin texas.  I just hung up on him then laughed about it.  Thansk for brightening up my day!

You are first off very wrong. Many companies do NOT have credit cards! I also take offense to your comment about living in an area where doors are not locked! I live in an area where we do not lock our doors because we are a safe community! What a sad life you must lead to have to live in fear for you and your belongings to be locked in behind a door!

This guy called me today from (213) 286-4199 and asked for one of our associates, saying he has a Fedex package from France and needs to verify the address for her (riiiiight). He was annoyed that I wouldn't give up any info, or transfer to her per his request...so he just confirmed the spelling of her last name and hung up on me. haha...how sad...poor little fella.  He needs a friend.
