"Alan Parker,,,Internal Revenue Services" - note 's' on end of Services; obviously scam

My sister received a call from them earlier today. They claimed they were the IRS, and that she owed over $1000 in taxes. It's definitely a scam, for when she mentioned that she felt like she was being scammed, they hung up. Beware.

Gotta call from this number 213-289-9249 claiming to be IRS!
I know there is a scam. The IRS only sends out letters they DO NOT CALL YOU! Beware plus it is from LOS ANGELES I LIVE IN CT.

Perhaps the dumbest criminals alive, posing as IRS agents.  Accents are Indian/Middle Eastern.  Keep them on the line as long as possible.  Toy with them.  Then, let them know you're onto their scam.  Enjoy yourself as they have a nervous breakdown.

They just called me this morning from low Angeles like umm I don't even live close to there

I forgot to do the rest of it but yeah the number that called me was 213 289 9249 I didn't answer but I called back and was like who is this and they just kept saying hello and some other stuff I couldn't understand and there was a lot of noise in the background
