This 213 2913234 has called several times leaving a message to call them back with a case number or else we will be very sorry. Claim to be IRS.  After several calls I blocked the number, suggest y'all do the same. SCAM!!!!!😱😱😱😱

I just received the same call! I gave them a piece of my mind! I'm sure they'll think twice about calling me again! !

This number has called me 5 times TODAY... since noon! I know it is an IRS scam I just had them call me about 2 weeks ago from 646 688 5059 and the rep ended up hanging up on ME after I told her she was a scam artist.

This number is from the IRS scamers, they harass me 5 to 6 times a day, yesterday when a human was on the line not the recording, I asked him to quit calling me I was aware of the scam and he went off on me calling me a f'n b...ch and to f myself oh better yet f my d@ck! Is what he said! I hung up .. these threats are getting scary! I have reported each phone number they harassed me from to IRS TIGA but these calls are still happening every day!

I received 9 calls from 213-291-3234  with a recording from a criminal investigator from the IRS, claiming there is a case against me and demanding I call , or else! Threy are aggressive, hostile, violent and terrifying. HANG UP! Report them and block their number.

Yes it is a scam. Do not answer calls you don't know and never call them back. The IRS will not call you. The IRS won't ask you to pay in i-Tunes cards. The IRS will not wish you "good luck as the situation unfolds". Trust yourself and your instincts - do not let a bully intimidate you by threats that are nothing but hot air. Ignore them and block them if you can.

Is reporting and blocking these calls the only thing we can do?  Some elderly people are going to pay these people.  What can be done to stop this scam that has been going on for several months.  The recording references the same case number for everyone.  CH76295.  This tells me these people are not to smart.

I got a call it was a machine saying I have criminal activity and to get a lawyer. If not I will be sorry of what happens next!

I got a call from this number today, also got the same call from phone number 970-390-9738. Both says they are from IRS.

Received at automated call stating it was from an officer of the IRS regarding a case against us. Instructed to call, if not could only wish me luck with the bad things to come. Scam

i received a voicemail on my cell today saying I was in trouble with the IRS and would be prosecuted and i'd better get a lawyer and good luck if I didn't.  I tried calling back but couldn't get a connection.  The call comes from the southern part of Los Angeles.  The voice sounded female.  I contacted the iRS and submitted a complaint.
This is not the first time I have received this message.  I'm getting sick and tired of being harassed by such people.  If you want to contact the IRS, go to https://www.irs.gov, or give them a call (sorry, don't have the phone#.)

This is a scam. They keep calling with a robo voice saying to call them back. They must think I am an idot.
