They are calling all the time and does not leave any message.
I already reported it to the donotcalllist, but i still get calls from 1-213-316-7133.
can the FCC or any other government agency can penalize them with a fat fine?

I got a call from this number. They pretend to be a collection agency, the lady I spoke to said "Pioneer Communication Collection". I was shocked because I never had an account in collection. I didn't give them any of my informations.  I'm Filipino and I can tell that these people who called are Filipinos from their accent. I feel sorry for all this lowlife scammers.

These people need to be stopped!! A city's law makes a neighbors dog stop barking consistantly after 10 minutes, but we cant stop phone calls from coming into our homes ever 10 minutes. They have been calling us every day. Last night they called as late as 9:30. I HATE these calls!!!

Called from 866-357-0338 wanting to speak to a Filipino... had a "package" for us and said they would call back...  I am sure they will.

do not know who these people are. my cell numer that they keep calling is listed on the govt's 'do not call' list.

These people need to stop calling me. They call at least 4 times per week and don't leave a message. You are a pain in the a--.  Stop it....  give me your phone number so that I can return the favor.

Received a call from this #, put them on my Mr. Number app. Everytime they call now, my phone automatically picks up and hang up on them! Pow! Mr. Number is awesome!
