Repeat calls spanish recording daily for months.

Same thing here. I just got a new number and I don't see how this number is calling me already.

this freak has been calling for weeks now. i pick up but all they do on the other side is listen, or make weird noises
never do they talk
when u call back, its like the number dont even exist!

I've been getting calls for about 2 weeks. The first time caller ID was all zeros, then "withheld" then this number. All in Spanish and I couldn't get the call back number because the recording was too fast. Tried to call the caller ID number got busy signal.

Got the call for a couple months.  First it showed "Restricted".  Recently, it showed 2133878045.  It looks like the same message in Spanish, female voice.
Very annoyed for such a call.

I keep receiving calls from this number sometimes 2 or 3 times a day almost (if not) every day. As should be obvious to any who receive a call from this number, it is operated by automated machine/recording. When I attempt to call the number back it won't even ring. I don't even live in a state with the same area code at all, so as you might imagine I am very confused. This series of calls mysteriously started happening after a little while of receiving calls from a company using an automated machine/recorded message which was recorded in spanish. I am partly of hispanic heritage but this in no way makes any sense to me. I do not know if these numbers are related but find it intriguing that this most recent number would start calling me not long (maybe a day or three) after the spanish-speaking company's calls stopped. I have listened to the calls I receive from the most recent number through to the end and it always ends the same way, asking me to call the number it provides which ends in 427-7777. I forget the area code it provides at the moment (but it is not 818 from what I remember so please don't harass this person). For what it's worth it is not an area code of which is provided in my state. Perhaps one of the oddest facts about this call is it provides no information regarding it's purpose, the company calling, it's services of it provides any, or any type of information which might make me aware of the source sending these calls. I do not know but often wonder if it is legal to provide little or no information regarding the source of these phone calls when they are made and if the situation at hand fits or "breaks" any type of harassment-related laws.
