I received a call from this number saying that my husband had some legal problems. On the background I could hear a bunch of other  people talking on the phone saying the same things to others. I just told the lady  that she had a wrong number and hanged out. This is the second time a recibe the same type of call, but the first time was a different number.

I experienced something similar, where I was called by someone saying that I was being summoned. Seemed like a scam. When I called back, it went straight to voice mail. My guess is that this is a scam.

Received a call from this number asking for me with the last name of my x husband in which I have been divorced for 10 years.  What the hell???

same thing. someone from a really noisy echoing backround saying there were filing a legal complaint against someone whose name i didn't recognize.  i said wrong number and hung up. weird.

Have received several calls using my wife's maiden name and suggesting she has been named in a "legal matter".

I got a call from this number this morning at 11am.  The caller requested me by my previous married name.  I have been divorced and remarried for over 11 years now.  I thought it was just an honest mistake so I told them this is Natalie (current last name).  He said, "I'm calling to let you know that someone has filed a legal action against you and I need to give you a phone number and case number."  He gave me a phone number and the "case number" was 2 letters followed by 4 numbers.  He gave no other info and I didn't ask because by that point I assumed it was some sort of scam since I have great credit and my divorce and all old debt associated with it were all dispersed over a decade ago.  The phone number he gave me to call was 855-688-2712.  When I googled that number it was attached to the following website:

It sounds to me like they are trying to scare people into rush judgment trying to keep their names clear.  So they will just make an attempt to pay some amount just to make it all go away.  Most people probably realize it is a scam.  But the few they get to bite are probably worth it financially for them to keep at it.

I received a call that said some legal office had a complaint against.  I told them that was a ex name and I had not been married to that person for over 15 years.  I have great credit, and I monitor it, so I know that was a scam.
He told me to be prepared that the police were coming to my home!  and then said see ya! What a joke.  I will reject that number in the future.  Also, going to see if I can file complaint with BBB.

I keep getting calls from this number asking if I will receive a parcel through the mail for a "Robert Walsh". I always tell them they have wrong number, but they keep calling. In background I can hear other phone calls taking place. They always hang up as soon as I ask for a company name.

I keep getting call's from this number and I refuse to answer the phone. I answered it on one occasion and they told me I was going to be arrested. I told them to personally come and serve the papers and bring the police with them and I would have my sister and brother-in-law here (Both attorney's at law) and my son who is a police officer. We will then see whom ends up in jail.

This # they call you and get you to call another # what a scam!!! don't even talk to them!
