Capitol Service, they want to reduce the interest rate on my credit card.
I dont have a credit card, but they keep calling. Most times the information is listed on the caller ID as unavailable. But sometimes they leave a message on my answering machine. If you call 1-213-504-7074 you get an answering machine that thanks you  for calling them back and to press #1 if you dont wish to recieve anymore calls. The END, pressing #1 just disconnects you & there is no way to leave a message.

search this Phone# 1-402-982-0717, this is the same company.
This number comesup on caller ID as Private Suite.

Same as everyone else here. Offer to reduce rate. My credit card company has never made phone offers. Never. Anytime they have something going on, they have written me using thier identifiable envelopes, and identifiable stationary, or they email me. My opinion of this call.....scam.

This is a U.S. Company ( loose term) looks like some body could help with in country scammers.

Got a call on my cell phone. I answered thinking it was my client since I had just finished a meeting. A recording of a woman's voice started warning me that it was my last chance to fix my credit card problem. I hung up.

I answered the call because it looked like a US area code. I'm on the Do Not Call list and feel violated.

Automated telephone call made to my cell phone about lowering my interest rate.

Call from 213-504-7074 about lowering my interst rate. Recorded message for Debt Free Life of Boca Raton, Florida, but the call is a Los Angeles area code.

As of september 1, these calls are illegal under Federal law. Please file a complaint on the FTC Web site! It takes about 2 minutes to file a complaint, and the Federal government can fine the caller up to $16,000 per call.

You DO NOT have to be on the Do Not Call list in order to file a complaint of a recoded message; recorded messages are always illegal.

Just missed the call, but they left a message about how I had 48 hours to respond to a low interest rate offer / interest rate reduction offer and that I should call an 888# to start the process.  A direct call to the 213 # number could not be made, contrary to other posters' comments.

I had a voicemail recording for rate reduction ..
filed a complaint with do not call . gov

area code for LA CA but i believe the above posts about Florida.. Florida scammers are common for me here

I registered a complaint with the Do Not Call registery. 213-504-7074 called me in the 415 area today. Recorded message urgently asking me to call them

This was already their 2nd call on my cell phone.  Received recording stating they want to reduce the interest rate on my credit card.
Pressed 1 told them not to call back. My # is already on the do not call list and they can be fined $10k for continue to call me and use up my minutes.  I just reported them to the DNC.  Thanks Franklin for posting the link.

Need these to stop

Have been receiving UNWANTED solisitation from these people. They tell you to call 888-365-8002. I have called that # twice and left a message for them NOT to call my cell number anymore. I am also on the DO NOT CALL LIST!
