Rang twice and hung up. No message.  As Tele Hater said above, guess they bypass the Do Not Call laws, by having people call back on the "missed" call.

213-519-3539.  reported the call to police.  This caller from 213-519-3539 is scam fraud thief cheat.  Call police or file report to FTC.  Slap this caller hard in their face.

Just called at 3:03 pm PT - one ring and hung up.  Blocked them.

Called my cell - rang once and hung up.  No message.  I blocked them.

Received a call, didn't answer, no message left.  Says Los Angeles, CA- don't know anything from there.  Scammer....so tired of it!!

Called at 9:39 pm left no message. Caller ID states it's from LA.
