Answered the phone and . . . faint buzz . . . click.

Got this one today. A caller w/ Phillipines accent. Hung up before he
gave his spiel.

They hung up just as I answered.  I called the number back and got a buildiing or room monitoring audio with the time, temperature, no water, no intursion, etc.

0002135371000 called several times in one week ,no answer phone put down on me .Number is appears to be from Algiers.

Several calls everyday always hang up when I answer. I rang BT who said as it is an international number it cannot be traced and cannot be stopped but suggested I change MY phone number!!! Surely someone, some computer genuis can trace it? I rang back and got number not recognised.

Had a few calls from this number now. Always silent when I pick up.

Been phoned by this number several times a day now for a few weeks, silent when I answer, getting quite annoying

This number has called several times in 2 weeks.  When I answer, there is no reply.  Also called my 90 year old father which is a great nuisance and worry to him.  Suspect this may be the same as one call I managed to answer which purported to be a 'survey'.
