1 213-537-1392 Freaked has called twice and asked for (name) in Chinese type voice then hung up.  First time never left messages.

this number called me and said i won a camera and a trip to anywhere in the world. they asked for my routing number and account number to my bank.

This number has called me several times and never left a message. I called the number back but no one answered. When I look up the number it says it is a cell phone in California.

Called in broken english, I hung up ... he called back 2nd time to ask why ... I told them and hung up ... he called back 3rd time I asked to speak to his manager and he said he WAS the manager and I hung up again.

I've received several calls from this number, but the caller hangs up without saying anything.  After the person called yesterday, I used *57 to report it.
