Beware of this caller. They say they are from customer service on the copy machine and need the model number. Sounds harmless. They will get the model number of your copier, send you toner and charge you 3 times what it is worth. Like us, most companies get toner free with maintainance agreements with however you lease your copier from. To throw them off, ask what company they are calling from. They will just answer "Customer Service" Most of the time if you keep drilling them, they will hang up. There have been several lawsuits against these type of companies.

I received this call last week and again today. Suy identified himself as Bill Logan. As soon as I ask do you work for Konica Minolta he hangs up. Can not call their # back either. I am reporting to Konica Minolta also.

What is Konica Minolta?  I received this call today.  When I told the women that we are getting a new machine on Tuesday, I proceeded to say that there is no need to send out a new owner’s manual.  She said "shut up you already said no" and hung up the phone.  I would like to report this, I deal with people all day on the phone, granted it's not easy but it's also not my fault that she chose that line of work so don't take it out on me!

I love getting this type of call.  They say they're from customer service and need the model number, etc.  I reply with, "If you were with customer service, wouldn't you know what model I have?"  Boy, do they get mad!
