Caller asked for the person who was the final authority on what printer and toner supplies were purchased. I told the "gentleman" that it was me (because it is) and started to ask if he could take our company off of his list. He became irate and told me to transfer him to the person that made those decisions. Again I told him (calmly mind you) that person was me. He yelled at me again and told me to transfer him to the correct person and then called me a f**king tw*t and hung up.
SO I *69ed him hoping to get an actual business or call center, but all I got was a clicking sound on the other end... I don't know if that means that number can't accept incoming calls or what.
This is definitely one of those scams where they try to get as much info about your printer/copier, send you a product without your consent and then try to bill you for it.
This guy was a total d**chebag excuse my language.

I got a call from a man at this number this morning. I always answer the phone with Good Morning/afternoon and then my company name. The man on the phone said Good Morning, How are you doing?  I'm always leery about people who don't identify themselves asking me how I'm doing so I said a little warily "fine". The guy commented that I was cordial until he asked how I was doing and then I wasn't so friendly. I told him that since I didn't know him and he hadn't identified himself, that I thought his question was rather inappropriate for a business call. He got huffy and said "Oh, so you hear a black man's voice and you don't want to talk anymore, huh.  You should be cordial on the phone"  I replied that since he hadn't identified himself, that I didn't owe him any cordiality. He said "Then I don't want to talk to you" and hung up.  Gee, I wonder if he thought I was disappointed about that. I wasn't. Judging by his treatment of others who have posted, I guess I'm lucky he hung up!

Called, demanded to speak to "...the person who has the ultimate decision making authority on ink and toner needs." I replied that we already had a vendor and that we weren't interested. He became very nasty and flippant and I asked for his name. He reused three times, when I cited FTC rules that he had to indentify himself, he kept repeating, "I already gave it to you. Do your job - put me through. I already gave it to you." Of course, he hadn't given any indentification as to himself OR his company. Obviously, with business strategies such as they have, none of their employees wants to be indentified.

Had the same problem with this guy this morning.  He called asking for the person who makes the final decisions regarding purchases.  We told him the boss' name and he called back instantly asking for the boss.  I infomed him that he was not in and even if he was he wouldn't be buying anything from him.  He told me to mind my own F'ing business!.  He then said that he would call back all day, I told him to go ahead since then he would be assured that he wouldn't make a sale today.  He called back approximately 10-12 times, called our secretary a b****, and me a punk, then threatened that he was going to come to our office.  I found through a reverse search that call appears to originate from somewhere in South Central Los Angeles, so I told him to keep calling from South Central.  He then called me a racist and said he would be calling the better business bureau and they would put us out of business!  I really hope that he does so that we can get this guy charged with some sort of harassment!!

I got a call from this guy this morning he was ver pleasant at first he identified himself as Lamont calling from a printer supply company.  I told him that I'm sorry but this company does not take any solicitation calls, and told him to have a nice day and hung up.  He called back and said I don't understand why you were so rude to me.  I told him once again that we don't take solicitation calls at this number and there was no point in keeping him on the phone. He then told me that he knew what my problem was, that I didn't get any **** last night.  I hung up on him.  He called back a 3rd time, and simply told him not to call this number again.  I also tried calling the number back to speak to this guys supervisor, obviously this is some sort of scam or someones sick idea of a joke.  I wish they would find out who he is a take care of him.

wow creep show! i got a call from this number this morning at the company im working for. i answered as i would, he askes if i can hear him then starts to ask very perverted personal questions. freaked out i hang up. i tried calling it back and same as the rest of these complaints, a beeping tone. i google this number to find, that his number is online, and that this guy is oviously a glabal creep and something needs to be done about this. there has got to be a way to find this guy

Multiple calls during the day.  They stay on long enough to trigger voice mail, but never leave a message.  Just repeated steps to delete dead air messages throughout the day - every day - day after day. I'm keeping a log for the state Attorney General.  His pet peeve happens to be abusive telemarketers.  My number is listed on the Do Not Call registry, so they are breaking the law with every call. Every call = $$$ fine.  Cha-Ching!

received a call from this idiot who asked for our IT Dept. I told the idiot that the person was out for an undiclosed amount of time. I then proceeded to ask what what the name of his company was and the nature of his call. He told me  " you sure are nosey, you are asking alot of questions". I told the Idiot, that "its my job get over it!" I then hung up, the idiot called back, i told him it was harrassment then i hung up. He called back again and i barely picked up the phone and slammed it down.

Got a call on my cell phone while at school today from this number so i ignored it rang long enough for me to have a "voicemail" but it was blank. Upon trying to call them back there was nothing but a clicking noise.

They are still out there asking for the person in charge of printing supplies!!!

Lamont called again today (from 213-537-1976 *static when you call it) after numerous times during the week of phone calls and when we also told him we wern't interested, he proceded to ask if I was on my period. After I told him "No I'm pregnant. F**k off" and hung up he called back saying he got disconnected. I goggled the company, got the number and called.  Spoke with Jay and he said he was going to be fired. I told Jay that I will be checking back to make sure he did het fired and if not, I will be addressing the police. He said he had to fill out a report and wanted to know if I had it recorded. Of course not. Wish I did though. I'm not racist and I can't be certain the individual I was talking to was not Lamont. They sounded a little alike. Please call and complain.  Let's get this Lamont fired!! Enough with the harrassment.

Got numerous call from this number, but I never picked up. I hate picking up the phone from the number that I don't know. After google this phone & got to this page, I'm glad I didn't pick it up.

yeah, he is still working there. Thing to do is make the complaint to TFC.

Ultimate Printer Solutions

They called from this phone number re: air conditioning service.  After I was upset with them on the phone they called back about 10 minutes later asking for one of my kids.
I would love to know how to get them to stop.

The 213-537-1976 belongs to T-Cast.  Their phone number is 800-759-8227.  Call them and complain.  They resell the number to a sales company.  They do not know who owns the number.  They said they will notify their reseller.  The reseller hopefully will put them out of business--until they get a new number.  Good Luck

3rd
Contact your FBI Regional Office (look in the phone book or FBI.gov) and request an investigation into these calls.

Place phone #'s on the National DO NOT CALL List at WWW.DONOTCALL.GOV (you can also file a complaint here) or call them directly at 1-888-382-1222.
