This person in a printer cartridge scammer. They charm you or your receptionist into getting your model number from your copier and send you a printer cartridge and charge you for it.

Received the same caller and numbre on 2/29 and ask what the copier number was. Wouldn't give him it and ask if I was "hooked up to a machine and brain dead"!  Real creepy guy!

Received call 15 minutes ago. He said that he was with Savin and he had been given my name as the contact. I asked how he had gotten my name (I just started working here)His answer "the bathroom wall". I hung up. He called back and asked to speak with whoever was in charge. I asked for his number and company name. His answer "What's with all the f****** questions".

Caller apologizes for not sending out a flyer letting you know about the increase in price of the toner catridges for the SHARP copier, then tells you that the catridges are going up in price $100 so they are sending you a cartridge for the original price of $497.00 so that we don't get charged $597.00 for them... they have called everyday for a month... don't fall for this they will charge you for the cartridge.

Caller asked for one of my employees - I informed him that she was not in.  Asked what time she would be in.  I then asked who was calling, he asked again what time she would be in.  I asked once again who was calling.  He mumbeled his name & said he was with Cannon (we don't have any Cannon products).  Then he very abruptly asked who he was speaking with.  I informed him that I was one of the owners.  He then said in a very sarcastic tone “Ewwwe… one of the owners”.  I promptly hung up full well knowing that I was not speaking with a legitimate business.

Called and said the price on the toner had gone up $100, however we had placed an order before so he was going to honor the original price, he said to ignore his dispatcher because he wouldnt know that we placed the order. Next day a call came from the dispatcher came in saying that WE HAD PLACED an order and the total was $497.00, I cancelled the guy called back saying that we placed the order yesterday and why did we cancelled then hung up the phone.

He Called explaning that he was out with the flu last week and sorry he didnot get back with us. He stated he sent out two toners last month and that we were due to have the last one sent out now.

I told the scamer to give me his numer to call back after I verified his statements with the girl that orders all toner and supplys....he promptly said no and hung up

Friggin Scaming fool.

We got a call from this guy on a Friday and asked to talk to the person who orders our toner.  We told him that she was not in and he responded "Well, where the hell is she?"  We hung up, he called back and asked why we were so rude.  He hung up again and we got the number from *66.  Monday his 'supervisor' called and said he'd heard we had a problem with one of the salesman, we said yes we had.  He responded "What did he do, ask you to suck his d!ck?" after a shocked silence on our end he said "Well are you coming over or not?"

I Googled the phone number and found this site.  Thought I'd add our experience with these creeps.

caller was rude and asked about the person in charge of toner, also asked my name; which may be his way of continuing to irritate employees.

we have received about 8 calls from this number today.  My co-worker answered the phone the first time and he asked her name and she told him and he started to go through his spiel.  since she knew it was a scam she hung up. he called back and asked for her again and when i said she wasn't here he said "put that b... on the phone" so i hung up on him.  we're now putting the phones on do not disturb whenever that number shows up on caller id.

I was on the phone with Canon and got a call on another line.  This was odd.  She told me she was with Canon and that the price of toner has gone up and they needed to let us know for our order so we would not have to pay the price change.  HMMMM we have a maintenance agreement with Canon and we don't pay for toner.  She said who still does the ordering there, Monica still?  I said Mam if you knew what you were talking about you would know that she has not been her for over 2 years.  What I have done at work is covered the model numbers on the printers.  That way no one gives the model number out.  I have sent out emails telling this also but...  they are men.

Me:     "Thank you for Calling (name of our company), this is (my name) how may I help you?"

Steve:  "This is Steve returning a call about the Gestetner copier there.  Can I talk to whomever does the ordering for printer supplies?"

Me:      "Steve, why would you start out lying?  We didn't call you."

Steve:   "Shudup and get me someone with half a brain."

Me:      "Yeah, we really want to do business with you."

He hung up.

This guy has been calling me for years - hang up on him!!!

This person called as if he worked on our copier..I told him we didn't need anything from him, and hung up on him.  He called back, and said, "Me...are you wearing panties today?"  I hung up.

There must be something that can be done to stop this type of telemarketing...

This guy  called and said he had 3 toners for us frm last week and asked where to ship I said we buy local he said He was local and I said If you are local then why are you a 800 number It totally threw him off and he hung up his number is 213-537-1981 and goes by the supposely name of "David"

Scam trying to charge me for cartidge I didn't order and said they have a invoice to prove it Asked them to fax it to me

Caller asked for copier model number. As soon as I asked if they were from Toshiba caller hungup.Don't give info to anyone your not sure of!

Steve called was very rude when I starting asking what company he was calling from

Beware these people are ink scammer and they will send you toner at a high price.

This guy called into our support queue asking for the "3 digit code" on the front of our printer.  Our agent contacted IT with his name and company (which was probably fake and a company I've never heard of or dealt with).  We then told her that he wasn't someone we've ever heard of so we didn't want to talk to him.  2 minutes later he called back in and talked to our receptionist.  Again, she contacted IT.  When we asked her to get his name and company name she switched back over and asked.  He then said "you need to know what company I'm with?" and hung up on her.

I immediately blocked his number from contacting our organization.

They are a very rude company who is trying to sell printer supplies, they lie and tell you that your cartridge is on its way and if tell them you did not order they call you names.
