how do these people keep calling when my number is on a national no call

Called my cell, did not leave a message.

called my cell phone, left no message. Needs to stop.

Just called me this morning claiming to want political opinion feedback and my reward for participating was a two day cruise.  I thought telemarketers cannot call cell phones because the recipient is paying for the air time?

just got a call on my cell no message left. I am so tired of these calls

No message was left but caller ID said "Los Angeles Ca 213-550-3033"

Called my cell. Didn't answer because it might be my parole officer. Turns out it was this cruise ship scam.  No voice mail left.

Got the call @ 9:40 am central......did not answer, no messege left. Where are they getting our #'s from? I use AT&t not sure what provider you all use.

Called I didn't pick up since I didn't recognize the number, they didn't leave a message.

I never answer any number i dont know
But i find out who it is and assign a barking dog tone

Seems like this robot is on a rampage today. This site is great for checking to see if numbers I ignore are legit.

I get calls from this number daily.  They called my house phone many times about lotto  winnings.  I cancelled home phone service today.   Who are these people?  They are costing us all minutes on our cell phones and it cost to block them?????

Very annoying...phone rings and noone answers.

I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.

There has to be a way to block our cell phones from these solicitors or lotto calls....We should not have to be charged minutes and our time ....phone companies need to take responsibility handing these issues.    If they do not figure ways to deter this, people will cancel  service with them...I called verison to stop/block and found that it would cost me.....

Just called.  Said hello twice.  Nothing.  Will never answer that number again.
