Received the following message as a text from 213/985-4127.

FINAL NOTICE MILLER, KAYLA C your current bank account is scheduled to be debted for $1368.75 DEFAULTED LOAN To Stop debit call 213-596-0298 Remove? Rply 19

Received same text. Called back and talked with a Mr. Shultz. He stated i was committing fraud for an unpaid payday loan. Told him to send me written info to prove i indeed owed this debt. he just screamed, yelled and said good luck. I am guessing some type of scam or illegally trying to collect a debt. Report them and if they get enough complaints, they will do something about these idiots.

Ps they can not just debted your current bank account without following proper legal steps if this is a debt collector.

I received this as a text message to my cell phone:
FINAL OFFER JOHNELEGANTE Our attorney has approved a 50% settlement on your DEFAULTED LOAN of 1368.75 must call to confirm TODAY 213-596-0298 Remove? Rply 19

Talked to the same Shultz.  Similar story defaulted pay day loan.  I told him I was in bankruptcy and gave him my atty's info.  
He wanted my e-mail address to send me a copy of his document.  I gave him my atty's Fax number.  I wasn't about to give him my e-mail address.

He said this was a criminal investigation and it won't involve my bankruptcy lawyer.
I haven't heard any more from him.

I got an email from "Pre-Litigation Department <pharris103@comcast.net" stating that I am default of payday loan. Did not respond! Will be reporting this person.
